Though certain players (Tali, EDI, Legion) would have a poker face advantage.  

Edi's naivity and overt honesty would be her downfall.  "Shepard I have 3 kings, the probability of getting a 4th king id 0.33904 to 1"  "...Thanks, EDI"  *table groans*

yeah but even if you can't read if you can perfectly calculate pot odds you're likely to win in the long run. Plus EDI only needs one instance to learn, so after the first time that happened she'd never do it again. And she probably perfectly analyze every persons betting habits and put them on a hand based on their past actions.

Basically EDI should only be allowed to play Legion.

RDR is really what got me into poker.  I wasted so much time playing that instead of the actual game. 

And yeah, not sure why NV didn't have it.  The game is based in Vegas, and yet no poker.  Caravan was ok, but once I got the hang of it I was just cleaning people out.

RDR ruined so many games for me. I was like wtf, I can't hunt bears? this is going back to gamestop.

This should be the DLC pack:

playable poker mini-game
Liara's Dad available to be hired as a bartender
and a side mission on Pavalen where you can aid techno turian in a dance battle mini game (or just shoot his opponent whichever) rescue him, and he spends the remainder of the game dancing in the lounge. And occasionally random squad mates will join him in dancing. (you can turn the music on or off)

Should all of this stuff with the ending be resolved well, then I would pay through the nose for this.
Ever since I first saw that table in ME3, I was waiting for the time when I could invite people for a game, but it never happened. Instead I "play" chess with Traynor.

Read Dead Redemption had a brilliant poker game in it, one that was very accurate and challenging. I probably played this more than the story mode. lol
I don't see why this can't be implemented in ME3 too!

Because it's a damn-near universal game that doesn't need *any* localization, at all.

You aren't going to need to give anyone a tutorial on how to play no matter where you're shipping your game. Everyone knows how to play Poker. And if you don't, then all the more reason everyone else wants you to play.

Actually, if they did make this DLC, then it would have to have multiplayer capabilities too.
It'd be the only ME3 multiplayer I'd touch, but it would be awesome.
