I am assuming that the Stasis Bonus Power Upgrade at Rank 5 only applies to Stasis or does it actually apply to every single power? I am curious if anyone has tested it out, since I always just picked Recharge Speed.

Only Stasis - well, if it's not only Stasis, I've had the worst luck ever. I've gotten instant refresh after a Stasis with the evolution, never got an instant refresh on any other ability. This is as MP Asari Adept (so basically all I'm doing is warp/throw, and I'd almost certainty notice an instant refresh elsewhere).
