Hello,
So I have in total 8 codes for the In-Game rifle (Collector Assault Rifle), I redeemed the first one which worked perfectly and got my rifle and then redeemed the other 7 at the same time (assuming I will have all in the store) once I logged on and started to play Mass Effect 3 I went straight towards the store to only see one Collector Pack... (again assuming that the other 6 will appear after this one...) once I opened it I got my rifle to II when its supposed to be VIII. I have restarted several times and yet nothing. I need some help here before I contact support. Who knows about the issue and suggest I can contact to resolve this? I also have proof of the codes if the "Support" team needs it.

There has also been an issue with the collector packs showing up in the store for those who received one from origin as compensation. I hope it will resolve itself soon.

Yeah im still waiting to recieve my pack from Origin, it wouldve been so much easier if they had simply given us a code, glad to hear im not the only one having trouble at the moment though.

People should contact support on this so an known issue solution can be fast tracked to the agents. I work tech support myself and the more people report issue the faster they get the solution out.

The Collector Assault Rifle? In my opinion yes, its ammo capacity is great and all. Its also great against the reapers with soldier class. Also I have tried contacting EA support as well and they say to post it here . So I guess I have to wait for some support here.

It's really frustrating that support isn't aware of how to fix this issue. I had an issue with the Com pack as well. I hope this isn't going to continue as a trend because I am really getting tired of having to hit up support every time there's a promo going on. In this case I was approached by an email from EA so it's no like I'm looking for trouble as it were.

LOL you're an amusing fellow. 

It took BioWare 15 days to acknowledge the "black screen of death" and 23 days later we are still suffering from the problem with no fix from BioWare in sight.

Glad to give the lols but yeah that black screen of death sucks never heard of that untill now.
