I will never accept this ending. If this ending is all there is, then, to me, my Shepard's destiny will forever remain untold. I'll imagine it, dream about it, and wonder all that could have been.
Needless to say, if that happens, I'll never support BioWare ever, ever again.
Is everybody still upset about the endings? are you at the acceptance stage yet?

I'm at the point where I don't really care that much anymore, I honestly don't see them doing well with these fixes as well, but that's my view. If it ends up cheering up a bunch of people, then Bioware finally did something positive out of all this mess.

I'm not mad anymore, I'm determined. I'm holding the line. I'm waiting to see what it is Bioware does in their 'explaining' of the ending dlc. I doubt I'll be pleased with it, but here's to hoping.

I will NEVER accept this ending... NEVER!
I will just play other games from other companies, and when BW will make an announcement about a new DLC, games, whatever, I always will remember...
Holding the line until the end!
Never back down!
JPR out!

I keep getting to the point of letting it go, and then I see another ill-considered post by a BioWare staff member that says "the fans don't get it" or that clearly illustrates denial or misunderstanding of the issues.
In response, I wrote up a blog post and linked to it in my signature.

For me, my Shepard's story ends when Marauder Shields kills him near beam, and Reapers are win. That's my ending for ME. It's very sad, but atleast Iam saving the MASS-lore in Mass Effect.

Accepted it a long time ago, as should most of the people in this thread.
I'm a huge Mass Effect fan, but there has to come a time when you realize a game is just a game. For most of us its been a couple of weeks since we've completed it, if you still feel upset then you need to sort your priorities out. There's nothing wrong with becoming emotionally attached to the characters or plot of a story - that is a sign of good story telling, but ultimately, its just that - a story.
Life is bigger than a video game, and I sure as hell hope that many of you realize this whole ending charade isn't worth your time, and move on to other pursuits.

I have not accepted it. Yes, I accept that it's in the game, but I don't accept nonsensical things at face-value, especially when someone I've never even seen before spouts them at me for no apparent reason. That's just silly.

I will not accept these endings, ever.
Speaking as someone who takes writing pretty seriously and wants to turn it into a full-time career instead of a hobby that takes up as much time as a full-time career, I see a lot of the story writing and characterisation in the game as a violation of what the pervious installments were, but the endings in particular are an almost criminal example of bad writing.
I will not stop holding the line.

I'll always be disappointed with these endings and as far I'm concerned these endings are not canon in fact my game ended before the Cerberus base mission even started.

Don't think most have given up (few have). I think most of us are just patiently waiting for April's announcement. Bioware did what most of us asked, they came out and acknowledged that fans were pissed and said they were coming up with something regarding the endings. We have no idea what exactly they are doing but we asked for them to do something, they said fine but have patience and wait until the announce something in April. So at this point as long as their guys on twitter/facebook don't post things that poke the hornets nest and guys like Casey (who has been oddly absent the last week or two haven't heard anything from him in interviews or releases) don't say stupid crap like "we're proud of our artistic integrity filled ending!" then people are relatively toned down.

I have not accepted the endings, and if Bioware announces the endings will stand, then Mass Effect will always be ruined for me, and I will find it very difficult to revist sometime in the future. And I hang on to games for ever. I still dig out my old Sierra games and play them again. I had expected Mass Effect to be the same thing for me.
I hope this much anticipated announcement in April will bring satisfaction. I really do.

I accept that Mass Effect 3 is a failure, and I accept that Bioware probably won't admit that it failed, and I accept that that Bioware is probably constitutionally incapable of an appropriate response, and I accept that Bioware will continue to passive-aggressively try to cast itself as the victim and the fans as the bad guys, even though we're the ones that paid money for a product that does not match what Bioware promised in numerous public statements.
I don't like any of that, but I accept it all as being true.

This -^
I've got it in my HeadCannon that when the fleets dropped into the Local Cluster Harbinger got pissed, messaged shepard, shepard in various dialog told Harbinger to screw off. Then a huge epic space battle ensued in which dreadnaughts focused fire on harbinger and the Normandy bisected harbinger from a attack with its main guns (that garrus and his callibrations have made more epic) forever will they debate who actually killed "Ol Harby" either the mass amounts of firepower from the dreadnaughts or the SR-2.
After that it begans a slow trek forward destroying/engaging any reaper that tries to intercept the fleet, while the Geth fleet drop in with the huge completed new Crucible. The geth being upgraded swat away the advance fighters that the Reapers have like tissue paper and the geth we talked to on my playthrough who sounds close to Legion orders all the fleet to return fire and protect the crucible at all costs. The Quarian captains effectively being awestruck in the back of there minds of how the war they started could have doomed all of the creatures not just quarian's and geth.
Finally they will reach earth, depending on the amount of upgrades that can be searched out in ME3 if not enough have been found races will start taking heavy casualties. You can either have them commit completly to the task or retreat.
Then earth landing happens which generally goes up like normal except with the addition of the ground troops actually fighting from the other races backing up and supporting shepard as he pushes forward.
FTB before the run to the conduit (Not even that can be fixed right now for me)

Acceptance? Sure, I accept that the ending is the way it is and that I will not be happy with it if Bioware does nothing to address the multitude of problems with it. I also accept that I have said my piece and continue to speak up and "hold the line", asking for a revised or completed ending, but that it is ultimately in Bioware's hands whether something is done about it. I hope they will do something and they will lose some of my business if they don't, but that's it. I'm not going to swear off Bioware - everyone makes mistakes - and I am going to move on once they release solid news about what they are doing or not doing about the ending. If they want to keep people like me engaged in Mass Effect and buying DLC, they'll do something about the ending, but we'll find out soon what they plan to do and that is good enough for now.
