After landing the female on the planet, the choice whether or not to reveal the shroud Sabotage is completely skipped. It just goes right to the next cutscene. This is obviously problematic if you want to increase your reputation, or get a specific Mordin "end"

Thats ment to happen you then get the choice again towards the end of the mission.

No, I'm talking about the second choice. The first time, you get cut off - then the second time you're able to come clean. My game is effectively skipping through that whole second section.scorpius45 wrote...

Yes, always on RPG. I've gone through multiple playthroughs, and can say with certainty that it didn't skip the first time around - every playthrough after however, skipped.
