Not sure what i'm doing wrong, but when i try to redeem my codes the screen gives me a red error message "unable to redeem code", along with a green message "code successfully redeemed" (or something to that effect).

However when I go back into the game and log in, I still have no downloadable content.

Any ideas???

Codes can be entered here on social. They can also be redeemed from within the game on each platform - from the game's Main Menu, select the Downloadable Content option. In there will be an option to Redeem Code on PC, (Y) Redeem EA Code on 360, or (triangle) Redeem EA Code on PS3.

I have a problem registering my game code to my account... but the codes worked, but seems to not appear in the DLC section of the game.

I have exactly the same issue, it sayd unable to redeem code and code successfully redeemed and I cannot register my game code to my account the codes redeemed have not appeared in my games DLC section, I got the Collectors edition of the game in australia, anyone else having this problem aswell?

I had the same happen, the content is all listed in the relevant section in game, but it keeps failing to start downloading....very aggravating

Hopefully it willl be sorted out once the real Australian release date comes I think, or is this a universal problem that everybody else has?

I have entered two promotional codes of spanish version of the Collector's Edition but none of these codes work. It gave a green message but nothing is downloading.

Im up here in Canada and I cannot redeem my codes as well. I bought the collectors edition on the 360, when I select the content and go to "redeem code" it says to enter a 25 digit code while the codes that came with the game are only 16 digit codes...am I missing something?
