I think when Liara got invited up into my cabin to instill my name into the time capsule was the most well done scene in the entire game.

Dialogue was perfect, her description of you was perfect, the music was perfect, and the MOOD was PERFECT.

"Well, I suppose I did just write your name in the stars"

Tears me up everytime :crying:

Mordin's death, Liara's Project, and the final goodbyes were real tearjerkers for me. Also, Thane's prayer.

Anderson dying really hit me hard. I just love that scene of you both looking out the window as he slowly talks his way to death, praticularly when you may be bleeding out yourself :(

Anderson and shepard at the end. Like father and son, it really hit home.

Close second was mordin, I shot him to stop him in one playthrough. Reset it right afterwards and redid the entire mission. It was just too sad and it was painful to watch.

"I am the ve-ry model of a-" *boom*

Mordin's death was one of the emotionally charged parts of the game for me. And then they played Vigil over it as the Genophage cure disperses. Because it wasn't already awesome and bittersweet by that part.

Thessia burning, Earth burning, Palaven was hard for me to watch particularly. Especially when Garrus said "See that orange glow, THAT"s where I was born"

Brokering peace between the Geth and the Quarians made me want to do a back flip. I was so happy.

And when Legion said "I" instead of "We"

Legion's death

I literally shut my door so I could break down for 5-7 minutes

When they que that music (the one on the ME1 back-ground of the main menu) I just tear up..and legion saying he is sorry and has to go to them ;_;

Mordin's death, no doubt. But the second most emotional part for me was the PTSD Asari mini-conversation series. I missed them the first time I played the game, but I watched it on youtube and damn, it made me wanna cry.

Eve's funeral really got to me: Wrex's speech, the torches, and all of the now-fertile females lining up to pay their last respects to the woman who made it all possible.

I thin that this scene is the most heartbreaker of all scenes in the game, well except for the ending, when i saw it, i knew that everything was lost, the music, the way Liara spaeks to shep, i was about to cry when i saw the part where Liara asks shep for his/her input.

Really, really sad, it doesn't matter if they try to fix the scene at the end with the "I did write your name in the stars" dialog, it still was sad, i'm in my second playthrough and it's affects me that scene Image IPB

The very most emotional scene?

Seeing my Shepard slowly disintegrating away at the Control ending. That same Shepard I created back in late 2007, remained unchanged by appearance (only hair changed for ME3), and played with from Eden Prime to London. I felt attached to her as much as I can be with real friends. To see her die away on-screen was gut wrenching, soul crushing, my emotions were so strong I couldn't cry it out until a few hours later when it really got me down to my guts and almost made me puke.

No other games ever came remotely close to that, ever, not even a movie series ever did. The last time I experienced something just "similar" was when I went to the funeral of one of my friend's mother whom died of a horrible accident a few years ago. That, is the most emotional scene of the entire trilogy for me, seeing my Shepard dying with my own eyes.

Mordins death really hurt. I was starting to shed manly tears. Then I almost lost Grunt, that was horrible. But worse of all them was a tie between Thane and anderson dying.

Definitely the entire Sanctuary mission. Miranda had died during my Suicide mission, so this was a personal quest for revenge and closure on my part.

Deeeeply satisfying

Also, it led to Tali getting drunk so +1 for that lol
