Clearly there are plenty of others, but so many have been mentioned and I don't feel like typing on and on.

"In case I go up there first, I want you to know--I'll always have your back."
I teared up a lot during this game, but that was the only time I had to stop playing because I was crying.
Also:
I've never felt as viscerally satisfied as I did when I told Han'Gerel to GET THE HELL OFF MY SHIP! Even killing Kai Leng paled in comparison.

Although, a lot of that emotion was because I had also just spoken with Kaidan, my LI, and that was heart wrenching.
No. The most emotional part was AFTER I beat the game looking back on both Kaidan and Garrus' goodbyes. Because I realized just how painfully true their doubts were. It made everything that much more depressing.
And now I feel awful again.
Kasumi needs to stop cloaking while chopping onions behind me. It's really not doing my tear ducts any good.

"I want more time!"

Not being able to stop Starchild. Watching my Shepard dissolve in a beam of light.

Killed Mordin thereby had to kill Wrex, then had a talk with Garrus about killing Wrex and Mordin.
For me undoubtedly 3 of the best scenes in the game. Also Thane's prayer when Kolyat said it was for Shepard, literally got the chills there.

1. Bringing Tali to Rannoch. Tali is my love interest, and I cant help but feel I had given her the greatest gift of all. If you didnt bring Tali with you to every mission on Rannoch...son, I am disappoint.
2. Curing the Genophage. When those little snowflakes fell down into my shepards hand...I couldnt help but feel incredibly proud to have cured thousands of years of disease. I totally altered a huge piece of Mass Effect lore. Just...awesome.
3. Grunt's fake out death. I was so ****ing certain that Grunt had died and I was so disappointed. I dont even care for Grunt all that much, never really had him on my squad in ME2, but when he came out of that cave alive covered in Rachni guts...man I was so relieved. I actually said "wow...that was. Haha. Wow. Nice." and I NEVER talk when playing the story mode in videogames. Im just so glad that that awesome tank of a Krogan made it out alive. It gave me hope.
Honorable mention goes to Anderson's death, Legion's death, Mordin's death, and some of the conversations had with Javik.

Tali's suicide, I rewrote the heretics in me2 so I couldn't save both, I had to make a choice, I chose the geth.

nope, not even a greyed out renegade/paragon option for me, it straight up made me choose.

You didn't have a high enough Renagade/Paragon score. You could have saved both if you did.mrbthq wrote...

These are the moments I teared up:
1. Mordin's noble sacrifice and the curing of the genophage, and knowing the krogan have a bright future with Wrex and Eve at their head to temper them and take them back to their glory days.
2. Seeing Grunt 'die'...and then coming out alive at the end of it. I AM KROGAAAAAN!
3. My name is Garrus Vakarian and this is my favourite spot on the Citadel.
4. Uniting the quarian and the geth. They said it couldn't be done, but I DID IT ANYWAY.
5. Thane's prayer...for Shepard. That teared me up something rotten.
6. Liara creating the star box for future civilsations, if we didn't make it. Many ;'(

Nah, theres certain variables that can disqualify you from being able to create peace between the two regardless of your paragon\\renegade scrore, rewriting the heretics is one of em.
