My character's stats on this website are stuck at the place when I first uploaded, It says it may take up to an hour but I logged in yesterday and it's still the same. Any help?

This may be an issue with your game not uploading data properly. It's been discussed numerous times before I believe.



What I do these days is when i make a manual save, i stare at the upload bar in the Player Profile > Screenshots section to make sure it uploads my data.

the strange thing is that screenshots and achievements upload fine but my kills, skill level, etc are "stuck"

2) the game only *updates* the character stats XML when you change equipment or level up, and will happily re-upload old data



The general recommended workaround is to change your equipment, manually save, then keep playing for a bit to give it time to upload.

When you save the game, it uploads a few files: Your character's data, its portrait, a shot of your character in your current gear (and something else I believe, can't remember what). The upload bar will appear in the Screenshots section whenever you are uploading data, regardless of character data or screenshots.



If you see the upload run through about three or four times and disappear, your data should be safely on BioWare's servers. Check your online profile in an hour or so and it should appear.

I think that's normal. Instead of "an hour," read "a week." For me updates have been anywhere from almost instantly, to a couple days, to a week or so. Like you, achievements would always upload quickly, but character stats took longer (I'm done with my first now though and haven't started a new one yet) to get updated. Remember, this site is still being worked on, so the uploading and such things are probably not optimized yet.

For what it's worth - My online profile only seems to update a few hours after I click "Online profile" in the profile section. Dunno if this is because it gives the game time to upload or not...

Probably intentionally doesn't work with quicksaves because lots of people quicksave like there's no tomorrow

I'm level 14 or something now. profile is finally updated to... level 3! Was level 1 for ages. it keeps telling me that it had problems logging in or something, yet I'm always marked as logged in.

Doesn't work. I haven't gotten updates since.. well.. almost ever.
And I had over 80 seperate saves on my first playthrough.

I beat the game my fist time three weeks ago and none of my characters have been getting updated. Is it because of how frequent I save? I, personally, save my game like every ten minutes. Could that be why it hasn't updated?

I'm seeing the same problem as Varenus. My achievements update regularly, but my character details stopped updating after my first character hit level 15. That character is now level 23 and I have completed the game with him, but his progress is not reflected in the character details at all. I tried an equipment change followed by a save and long pause to trigger an update, but that does not seem to have worked. I also have two new characters who are not showing up at all. One is level 10, the other level 6.

Getting that every time I log into the game now, started a couple days ago. All that gets updated any more is achievements and occasionally, level, but portrait and equipment remain unchanged.

Profile timeouts are most likely a related problem, but I do not think they are the sole reason that profiles are not updating.

Like you, I am seeing intermittent profile timeouts, but this only occurs in a small percentage of my play sessions - maybe one out of every three. If the profile timeouts were the cause of this problem, my profile would update during those sessions where I am not timing out. That is not happening, though. My character profiles have not updated AT ALL since my original character hit level 15.

Also, the fact that some data is being updated (achievements) while other data is not tells me that this is not simply due to a timeout. Something else is at work here.

I tried disabling character upload, exiting the game, re-enabling it, and then restarting the game, but that has not fixed the problem. I also tried deleting my online screenshots, thinking that perhaps I had used up my online storage capacity, but this also has not resolved the issue.

My main character's profile was last updated on or around 11/21, 13 days ago.
Since then I have made it to level 21, and completed the main story. 
There are 265 folders of manual saves in my character's directory.
None of my achievements have been updated since the same general time.*
If I need to take a break from the game (dinner, phone, etc) I tend to manually save, then let it sit at either the game menu screen, or the main menu screen.
The Windows firewall is off.

*Clicking the "online profile" button in-game brought me to my persona page, and it does show updated achievements, but they're not viewable from any of my other profile pages.

i'm lvl 15. and my online profile haven't changed since my third achievement.



is it so hard to admit that the severs are overloaded with information instead of giving random answers ?

Make sure the console is not enabled or nothing will transfer. You should still get achievements even with cheats though.

Interesting. I did have the console enabled, and now that I have disabled it my main character is updating again. Thanks for the tip.

Still not seeing my new characters, but perhaps I'll need to create saves with them before they show up.

Have you enabled the console? If so, try disabling it. Worked for me.

No console activation at all here for the whole time I have been playing the game and mine does this everytime I start the game. Time-out online storage profile. I'm guessing that they have done something on thier end of the connection. Perhaps prioritized the game information more towards gathering gameplay errors and styles over uploads of pure character data. Theres an option to turn it off in the config also. When you are playing they gather information on you in order to have an idea of what needs to be worked on to better represent future titles and expansions. Gameplay error types etc. Just guessing here, but seems like this could be what is happening. If the load is too great you have to pick one thing over the other.
