My profile is so FUBAR now it's unreal. Gonna try the solutions in this thread but I'm not hopefull.



ALL my character Icons on the webpage are GONE.

Tried to upload screenshot - I have -1 screenshot storage available.

Achievments upload - THAT's IT. Everything else hasn't updated in a week.

This is not working for me. I've tried suggestions including opening all the indicated ports. My achievements started updating again, but still only one character shows. I have two character profiles for some reason, one with 0 chars and one with 1. One has "invalid character/game combination" and the other has Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your on-line storage. I have contacted Support three times so far.

I'm level 20 with one of my character and my profile shows character level 20? I save, change equipment, resave, wait 24h nothing.

It also doesn't upload one of my character at all.

It only seems to have upload & update my very first character, but i stopped playing with that one.

Any suggestion?

I don't agree about the firewall issue. Everything was working fine, then without any changes on my end it abruptly stopped working. I have since deleted my characters,screenshots ect here as well deleting all my saves and characters on my drive. (Finished the game with both of them). Started a fresh character, and nothing has appeared on the site other than the characters name. Infact, it shows nothing but errors. 

The really funny thing is that the character I made to play with the level/map given away on a recent PC GAMER magazine disk has all green checkmarks and no error #'s. So I say again, I don't believe the problem is on my end.

My router stopped working before Christmas, so I've not been using a router recently. My profil was updating fine with the old router and also fine when I wasn't using a router. In the last week, I've borrowed a router and it seems that since I've been using this router, my profile no longer updates, in fact, my profile picture has disappeared as well. Not sure if it is the router that is the cause, but it sure seems like a coincidence. Will check it out when I get the chance.

My characters doesnt upload neither, it may be related to the fact that DAUpdater.xml file seems to be missing from my computer?

If you care to look at my profile, I have several achievements, but zero characters. xD!

Same here, only my achievements are updating. I have 2 characters, one of whom I've almost finished the game with, and my profile hasn't updated since I first started playing the game.
Console's off (was never on), and I deleted my .ini file, to no avail. It's not a HUGE deal to me, but it's certainly rather disappointing.

same here..i am playing with different character now, just to get the feeling of different warrior class, till today I cant see my new character was uploaded. I have three characters now but the new one keep failing to be uploaded into DA profile. Firewall check, connection check...

It would appear that my profile has spontaneously fixed itself. My character's level, equipment, and spells and skills have all updated. The story tab and screenshots haven't yet, and my avatar is out of date, appearance-wise (although, at least it's appearing again). All and all, a promising development; maybe they're starting to get some of the quirks worked out of the system.

I've not been able to get characters or screenshots uploaded for quite sometime. When I look at the diagnostics page, it shows that I have both characters and screenshots fully loaded. But... I'd deleted all of them through the website. So apparently the available storage is full, but I am unable to delete anything because I can't get to it. I've no idea how to contact the web masters of this site, as such, currently, there is nothing I can do.



Anyone have any suggestions?

I get this error---- 1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character.

No stats have been updated on that character for 2 weeks.

My character haven't been updated since 1-2 month.

While waiting for a bsn/dao fix, i've made a offline tool that give character story.

i've recently put a first beta version on my project page (link after my signature.). i hope it could help as a temporary alternative.

I'm VERY newto this. I created my character,played a bit, made a save. No updates to my online profile ever got done andwhen I tried to uploaad a screen shot, just to see what would happen, it says I already have the maximum allowed fileson the server. Even though there is nothing there. it doesn't even show my saved character. Any help would be appreciated. It's been an etremely long time since I did any gaming

For me is the same, I upload 3 images and says I have the maximum allowed. And my profile is stuck at lvl 3... More or less similar problem as every body...

Ditto for me as well.  Now I'm not saying it is related to RtO DLC but since I downloaded the new Ostagar funny things have happened.  Do you see my Avatar on my post?  That is all I have now.  It is in my game as well when I save, especially in RtO, I get the same thing.
Should there be a Bug Alert?

I have errors 1001 through to 1005 spread across my characters; yesterday I suddenly lost all my portraits, tried to manually force it to reupload them by deleting the chars via the site and was only welcomed by it rediscovering them minus the portraits. Swapped gear around, made manual saves and let the game run for a bit to catch up. Also have made sure there are firewall exceptions, and cleared the download cache!



Maybe posting here will make it better, seems to work for some people. =P

My game is unable to upload any character data, only screenshots and achievements. The only way I got it to upload character data is through the character creator "upload" button in the end of the process, and even then I had to try like 10 times before it told me the upload succeeded. Now, however, when not using the character creator, non of my characters get uploaded!

Anyone had a similar problem?

Same here since I got RtO on Saturday, my portrait images and my "paperdoll" images (where they show your items and full bodyshot) keep appearing and disappearing from the social website. I deleted my characters on social, then they came back perfect when I played but some are gone again today.



It's no biggy except for my profile photo pic.

This is getting very weird!!

Deleted a character from the game and then deleted him here. Made a new one and played for about 3 hours. Guess what happens? It finally uploads!!!



No, not my new character mind you, my DELETED one........ WTF????

they were uploaded on their server already but not refreshed on the social site. What I find weird is images that were there but are suddenly gone.
