hmm that is so unlike Bioware, but then again if you go to the Bioboards DA:O is not listed as one NW2 is and it wasn't even bioware. it was that pathetic excuse for a game company obbsidian. But last one i did is i went into the place where the screenshots are saved and removed all the story and player taken screenshots leaving only like 7 in the achivement folder. so my official count was like 7 screenshots the diagnostic still says i have 30 screenshots. go figure no idea where the other 23 are now hidden probably the same place those 2 deleted characters are staying at lol

This is true. And you should be deleting your screenshots from the website here anyway, not ingame. Assuming you have ever been able to upload any in the first place.

I have never seen more than 17 screens here on the website. If I could find these 23 other shots i would delete them but since i can't find them i can't delete them lol

Is anyone having problems with screen saves in-game? I get no detail but lots of purtty colors!
Of course the few screen shots I have on line are blank with the little white box and the red x in it.
This seems to be directly related to my character profile pictures not showing up on line as it all happened at the same time. I have gone through all the suggestions and done all the ones I could but NOTHING!
Any other suggestions? Thanks.

So far yeah i tried that as well, just to bad the player diagnostic won't get rid of those two deleted characters they are taking up about 4 files for something that is no where to be found.
And now if they could only fix that lothering chanrty crash. For me the first time any new toon goes to enter the chantry the program stops working during the transition and then crash to the desktop. so annoying especially if you haven't saved recently lol.

edit: It also seems to have found those missing screenshots, so it might be the cause of a lot of the problems not ALL the problems just some. Now if we could only get this website to operate with some consistency as well

I did a little more research on my problem.  Screen shots look like little colored squares as do my character shots.  But BEFORE 2/3/10 everything was fine!  For the record 2/3/10 is when I downloaded RtO!  I am convinced that something got messed up from that DLC.
Would others check their files and see if this is the case?

Something else I just noticed last night is this. I have my account set to auto-login and when I start the game it does just that. It logs me in so that I can load my game and use my DLC. However, I noticed as I was playing last night that when I paused the game, I wasn't logged in to my account while I was playing, which I found very odd. I logged in, and my stats that hadn't been updated for a 2 couple of days updated almost right away. You guys might want to check this too while you're playing.

My game and screenshots have been turning out just fine.  I have noticed that sometimes I am not logged in to my game when i log on as well, but it happens far less than trying to find my profile and "An Error has occured"  or even trying to post replies here and finding myself logged out, the other day i had to log in 4 times in a row just to post a response.

I went and checked for updated drivers and found some for nvidia and my cards. Downloaded them and they fixed the problems but in-game only! I am still at a loss as to why none of my photos show up on the website. I played the game for a while in the hopes that something might update but nope! So now I wait as I sent an e-mail to support.

Yeah mine has actually been updating on the profile page now as well.  So i guess no more feedback for them

Profile hasn't updated in a long time, not even achievements at this point. Characters were out of date, then up to date, now back out of date (I went from 13 to 24 back to 19? what the heck? I'm not even playing the character who's profile changed). New characters don't show up at all. Old characters spontaneously lose avatar pics, full body pics, or both at will.



Tried cleaning up characters and screenshots from within the game, from my online profile, and from my local files on my computer. Reduced the number of saves and characters. Ports open. Posting to see if the magical I posted and now it's fixed fairy comes to visit me.

Are their anymore mods left out their to help me with my problem on this? I deleted the screenshots on the site so their was room, I disabled game feedback and, Switched out armor and, Manual saved, And disabled upload screenshots. My profile hasin't updated yet, I have tried scanning through all 15 pages of the thread to see what I can do to fix this but I am not the most tech savy person in the world, Some if not most of the fixes confuse me and I am afraid I will screw something major up.



Is their anyone on who can semi walk me through possible ways to fix the uploading thing on my profile? Or at least post simple ways for me to try and fix it on my own?

Mine hasn't been updating for the past week. It followed my first and second characters to the end, then my other two characters are stuck on 4 and 11. Pretty much the same as everyone else, achievements working fine, but nothing else. Fix it Bioware!

Edit: Never mind.... I had reached the 100 file limit due to screenshots. Disabled that quicker than anything.

So I have been trying to figure out why my online profile hasn't been updated in forever. It shows very outdated information. I've done a lot of what has been recommended and still haven't had any success. Then I noticed a link at the top of my profile that says "Click here to view this user's other player profiles". So I click that link and it pops up with a couple profile choices. If I click the right one, it shows my information that I've been looking for that is completely up to date. The other option is the one that I've been looking at for a long time that is out dated.

So my question is, why do I have two player profiles under my account? How can I delete the outdated one so that only my current/correct one is shown? I've tried doing a search for an answer and found nothing related to this.

Add another name to the list of broken profiles! My avatar is of a character who was created last week and is ~16 now... and he still reads as lvl1.



I've deleted my online screenshots but no luck. I guess I'll try the feedback thing?

Thanks! After unchecking the feedback box, all of my characters were instantly uploaded to my profile diagnostics page. First update since November. My profile hasn't changed yet, but I suppose that will take at least an hour.  

Edit: It only took 30 minutes.

Hi all ,after reinstalling DAO i lost all 80 achievements that i had but still had same problem of stats updating but char. wouldn`t. First let me state that i use a router and have it setup for a static IP  and has been for a long time.I have tried using several fixes that have been mentioned in the forums as well as web nothing worked.After poking around in my computer i stumbled across a fix that works for me.
First you will need to find the internet connection for your computer be it LAN or Dialup usually located from control panel or network or show all network connections
Then right click on that connection select properties
Now you should be presented with a connection properties dialog box
Highlight Internet Protocol Version Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) then click properties
Click advanced
You should now be presented with Advanced TCP /IP Settings box click WINS
toward the bottom there should be some NetBIOS settings select Enable NetBIOS over TCP / IP
Then click OK all the way out then click close
                                                    ******* NOTE*****
As i stated above this worked for me but be sure write down your settings before you change them so that if you need to you can undo these changes

You scenario is most likely due to coincidence. NetBIOS is not used over the internet as it cannot traverse routers. So enabling NetBIOS on your network adapter didn't do anything the fix the problem for you. It was probably just coincidence that it started working after you enabled it.
