I went and checked for updated drivers and found some for nvidia and my cards. Downloaded them and they fixed the problems but in-game only! I am still at a loss as to why none of my photos show up on the website. I played the game for a while in the hopes that something might update but nope! So now I wait as I sent an e-mail to support.

hmmm 2 characters aren't being uploaded to my profile and the acchievement that i unlocked.. and i finnished the game with them



not a big problem but just weird

My characters do not upload. My achievements show, but nothing else.



I have disabled my firewall (please don't hack me



I have ensured all ports are open on my router. The character creator stuff still uploads fine.



I have tried the command prompt fix and have had no results so far.



On that note note, somebody please click on my profile so i can see if it will update.

I have completed the game with 2 characters (just started a new game with a 3rd character). Only my first character displayed the most recent stats - finished at level 22. My second character finished also at level 22, but was stuck at level 21 on this web site. Now both of these characters have reverted back to earlier stats: the 1st is displaying at level 19 and the second at level 13!!! If you go to the story tab and view my achievements, you can clearly see that I finished the game twice! This feature seems to be broken...



Bioware, are you addressing this? Btw, I love this game

I posted my concerns in three threads, with no response. I have also tried every solution I could find doing a search. I don't think anyone is looking to help. I am very happy with bioware, and consider this a very minor problem, but it is still frustrating that I have purchased Dragon age twice and neither time have my characters uploaded properly. The second time, none have uploaded at all. Good Luck, Iam.

Well, I got back my max stats for my first character, human mage, where I finished the game at level 22. My second character, city elf rogue, where I finished at 22 with insane stats, is stuck at 21 Will it ever update all the way - I hope so some day?



My third character which I'm currently playing thru, human noble warrior, seems to be updating fine - so far as of today... These are all PC characters. I also finished the game on my PS3, so this is actually my forth play thru.

I had a little bit of good luck with this today, and one one my characters has uploaded, if strangely. I did so many things, that I don't know which one finally worked.

I didn't have the problem at first until recently. My achievements would load but nothing else. So here is what I did:



~I deleted all of the screenshots, through the game not online bio site, it was taking up an awful lot of space.

~Then I decided to maybe play through a desktop icon that was not "altered" to allow my hearts content in gold. (I.E. I took off the console cheat command from the target. - Yes I use it every now and then and I bet you do too.)

~Then, while playing on the character I accessed the player profile (note: I checked to make sure I was logged in before loading my character). I then ran the profile error check, don't remember exact naming of the tab, and saw that it had run through the process and my stuff was loaded.

And since the site gives a warning that it can take an hour for things to apply I played for a bit and came back and everything was as it should be.



I am not sure which or if any of these were the help to my problem, but I figured I would share and see if it would work for others.

I've looked through here, and still have some issues. I deleted my first character from here, went into game, did a manual save, and presto, it was uploaded. I went to my second character, did a manual save, and nope, no upload. Also, I have several screenshots that are marked as "Awaiting upload". They've been that way for weeks now. =(

Does my profile update a character if I only upload it from the CC and not the actual game?

Does anyone know if there's a way to fix corrupt character uploads? Can I just delete it from my online profile and save again in the game, or is there a more complex procedure?

All my characters stopped updating on or around Dec 23rd. nothing since. I wonder what needs to be done.

My achievements load without issue, for the most part.

Just as a reminder, if you use any of the console "cheats", it won't get updated.

Well, that explains that. How annoying.

Ah well. The console's bugfixing and testing abilties are far more important to have than updated character stats.

Oh, nevermind. Using the commands isn't what stops it; having the 'enableconsole' line in your shortcut is what stops it.

A character who had used the console quite extensively earlier just updated fine after removing that line.

Everything went from not working to working simply by clicking "Online Profile." Weird...

My newly created character wont upload, wich is very strange because yesterday i created a quick test character, and that one uploaded just fine.

The portrait has also disappeared from one of my older characters, and it now has the 1005 error.

Edit: Fixed the first problem by changing the characters name with the toolset and then reuploading him. Still no portrait for my other character though.

on my player profile page, 2 characters don't have there portraits. 1 is old and 1 is new.

the new 1 doesn't have an error code, but the old 1 does. all characters have green check marks under the 5 categories.

On my Online Profile, all of my achievements are there, but none of my characters! What's the issue?

I did the same thing when i was logged in on website also and everything uploaded, so that might work for someone hopefully.
1: Log in to website
2: In game go to online profile

My stuff hasnt updated in a very long time. I just finished Awakening and still nothing. Going to try deleting/logging back in to see if it does anything.

Can someone tell me if my avatar is a guy, or a girl? This is suppose to be my guy character, but, on my computer at least, the picture is a girl. Nothing is updating for me, and I want to delete pictures from my online album, but when I hit edit - it tells me to do it in game. The online pictures aren't in my in game album?? Very annoying

Edit - My new achievement did upload (but not the character that achieved it)

I am getting:

Error Codes

1004 - No story xml file uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.



when I do something for an achievement I don't get an achievement. (Example: Learn two specializations)



No character data or portraits upload.



What is wrong? It was all working fine before.
