I also have the Ultimate edition of DA:O but the actual disc. The strange thing is, it updated fine in the beginning, but I had installed a mod and that screwed with my savegame so what did I in response was to delete the custom content delete my character from my profile as well as deleting my savegames. Since then I can't upload any character. Achievements turn up alright, but no screenshots or character info.



It's not such a big deal since it doesn't hamper the actual game, but it would be a nice extra to show of to friends.

I got the same problem as for the most!! I got 2 profiles because one time i couldn't log in after minutes i did and now i am stuck with 2 profiles and my archievements are all the same date...lol!!!

Does anyone have a solution? Bioware just can't make websites.... or something else.

I think this would be my last game i buy from bioware....$!@$#$ shame on you!!!

I was getting nothing to go on either, My main character will not load. Then I just made a stupid new character to experiemnt with a mod...and BOOM! it uploaded in a day or so. Now my main character is the same name of a previous character I deleted here on website, could that cause it not to upload?

Would really like some suggestions on this, Apparently new characters WILL load but my main Character will not, I previously had a Character of teh same name as my current main character and deleted it....is there something I need to rest to get it to load player profile again, after deleting original?

I only just purchased the Ultimate edition last saturday. My achievements have been uploading without a problem, but my character has never uploaded at all. I do not have it set to upload the screenshots. I doubled checked my settings (a few times) and I DO have the Upload Profile" checked. I also tried swapping gear and doing a manual save (I've done two prevoius manual saves before that as well) and still nothing but the achievements.

None of my new characters will uppload. I has not uppdate since last year. The funny thing is that my achiment will uppload.

It seems like my achievements and perhaps some character stats upload, but I know for a fact that my character portraits DO NOT upload. I have gotten halfway through the game on a brand new character, with multiple manual saves, and it has yet to upload at all. All the upload options are checked. I WANT MY CHARACTER UPLOADED NAO!

I'm getting really ticked off because my DA2 profile always updates instantly but the updater service for DA:O is just garbage and as far as I know it isn't working properly. Did Bioware abandon DA:O completely? It sure as hell seems like it.

I would appreciate an official announcement from Bioware on the status of the DA:O profile updater service and whether or not they have abandoned it or simply removed it altogether in place of DA2. DA:O is still very active and Bioware needs to realize this.

I've also noticed that the portrait files in DA:O are fairly large (146 x 146) while the portraits in DA2 are considerably smaller (92 x 92).  Why?  Was it neccessary to shrink portrait sizes?

Im getting this now.
Gameplay since 3 days ago.
Not even one update - nothing is different.

Am i logged in?: yes, this is confirmed since i can load my saves - if i not logged in a can't play.
Is upload checked? - yes. Both in config and game i checked.
game run as admin?: yes.

edit:
New points:

Manual save?: YES. 6 times in fact since last update.
Change equipment/level up?: Ahem... my character is pretty much wearing EVERYTHING different, and ive leveled up about 3 or 4 times.

I'm curious about this too. Does Bioware / this website no longer support DA:O? My profile stopped updating around the time DA2 came out back in March
