This time it was on Firebase Ghost.

I got hit by a rocket from an Atlas and ended up on top of that silo looking thing to the right of the starting point of the map. Then I jumped off and the stuttering began and I starting clipping and falling.

Yeah, that happened to me just last night (also did it twice back when I was playing the Demo)  - only seems to happen on Firebase Ghost, I've noticed.

EDIT: Never mind, just happened to me again in Firebase Dagger.

First occurence for me was Firebase Dagger.

Yep - Firebase Ghost and Dagger - can confirm.

A similar thing happened to me on Firebase White, while being chased by a Banshee. I wasn't able to get any screenshots but it happened near one of the crates in the upper level - everything went whack and when I tried to move/jump around I fell off the map.
