Have you played the game again since witnessing the ending for the first time?

No. I haven't touched my 360 since I finished the ending a few weeks ago.

I did get into Minecraft, though. Very fulfilling. :D

As in the other 2 threads:

I played the game through once without an import (in the same manner as I did ME2) and assumed I reached the "fail" ending -- which I thought was well done and appropriate for a "fail" ending. I started a Game+ character (which was a first for me to use any kind of import on the second try in the ME series) only to find out soon that the "fail" ending is the only ending with different colors of explosions.

I've completed ME3 only 1.1 times. I completed ME1 several times before I did a Game+. I completed ME2 without importing several times before I started importing ME1 games.

ME3 is the only one of the three that I went to a new game (even though it was back to ME1) before completing it a second time.

I started again about 6 days after I completed ME3 the first time. Got to the Cerberus Base. Stopped playing until they change the ending. Im going to asume that anything they change would be from the Cerberus Base at least. Never gonna play it again if they dont change anything.

I am playing it a second time right now. Getting close to the ending, and I'm starting to lose motivation. Might go play ME1 again.

ME1 and ME2 were like crack to me. I played them with every spare minute of gaming time, for what could be a 2 month span. Granted, it only tended to add up to 3 playthroughs, but it was a lot of one game by my standards. However; with mass effect 3, I just haven't touched it. I've thought about putting the disc back in my PC, but I just can't do it. I can't play the game.

It sickens me. It physically sickens me. I avoided all the spoilers, and pre-ordered the collector's edition months ahead of time. Mind you, that was the first collector's edition i'd ever purchased in my life. The whole experience was gaming nirvana until that ending came out of absolutely nowhere and hit me like a freight train.

It's as if Star Wars 6 ended with vader dying, but then he turns into some kind of ghost thing and gives luke 3 arbitrary choices, but all of them end up with him and the entire rebel fleet being destroyed. Also, no one can use hyperdrives. It was so incredibly random and confusing.

Im almost through my second play through now. Mainly because I wanted to take on the destroy ending before any ending DLC may or may not come out. What I am finding is that I can't pick up any other game yet and play them :( I was really in to TOR leading up to ME3, now I can't even look at it. I just want to know what is going to happen with the ME3 ending, if anything. It feels so incomplete right now and I hate leaving a single player game incompleted.

I tried and just couldn't keep playing to get off Mars. Maybe in a few months it will be fun again.

No. I can't.

I'm not discounting the fact that the vast majority of the game is great but I simply lack any kind of motivation to pick it up again. Call it what you will.

Not yet. I have my second Shepard primed and ready to go, but decided to hold off once it was announced that a fix for the face import issue is definitely on its way at some point. Will happily begin my next playthrough once that arrives.

Took me about a week but I was able to start my NG+. I was nice to receive some emails via the datapad app, try a few different dialog paths and so on. That said I finished the Cerberus base mission last night and I have no intention of playing any more.

At least muli-player is fun.

Javik: "Imagine if everyone you knew was dead. You could not remember their faces, or the color of the sky above your home. The memories were gone... but so was the pain. Would you want to remember that, Commander? Even if it meant watching everyone die again?"

Shepard: "If I had something like this... seeing earth again, whole, with everyone still alive... that would be worth the pain."

Mass Effect 3 is worth the pain. Not to discount what an amount of pain the ending is.

My original plan was to replay the entire series with another Shep, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I haven't touched any ME-game since.

Did not touch ME3 single player again, but i am playing multi player here and there.
However since hope is the last thing to die i am in the middle of ME2 replay (after finishing ME1) ,maybe there will be good news in April after all.
If nothing will be fixed - i will replay ME3 someday, just not continue after the Anderson bit. And no DLC.

I started a brand new play through of the series a few days after I finished ME3. I'm about a third of the way through ME2 now. I will not play through that ending again. For me the game will end when Shep get's hit by Harbinger's blast. I'll make up my own ending.

Still love the series, but that ending is an abomination.

Was on my second playthorugh right before the attack on Cerberus... and seems my PC decided that dead was better than suffer the ending once more... and either the motherboard or power source went kabooey... this backup/older PC can't run ME3

Might do a neutral playthrough after that, where I completly avoid using paragon/renegade options.

Good luck with that in ME3. ;)

Yeah, I'm doing a testing run right now. The game is very good, but full of bugs (I found about 50 major bugs\\glitches so far and I've just finished the Geth-Quarian war. The game is great regardless, but there are parts where they didn't pay too much attention during testing. I send this list to the devs to fix them in a patch or something.

The ending is still catastrophic, bad, illogical etc.. We need a new ending or it has no sense to releales any dlc-s etc..

If your intereted in my list of bugs, just right me a PM... if you have anything to add to it please tell me and I'm going to send it to the devs and make a new thread about them. Oh, and mind you, I'm playing on PC.

I haven't been able to play ANY videogames since the ending. I just feel apathetic anymore. It's not a fun feeling. :(

I haven't played it since completing it once. I did play a few hours of a new ME1 game, but lost interest. I plan to play a new RPG this weekend if I find that I don't have to work too much. But as things stand, I don't really have any interest in playing the Mass Effect games.

I am hopeful that Bioware will pick the ball back up though.

I haven't been able to bring myself to play it again. I had originally planned to play through the entire trilogy again starting from scratch... but that was before the last ten minutes of ME3 retroactively soured my emotions toward the series.

I sincerely hope this changes.

EDIT: Chalk me up as another person who hasn't really been able to jump into another game since experiencing the ME3 ending. I've tried, but am also experiencing similar feelings of apathy. It's pretty annoying.

Nope - was going to play 1 again but every time I go near it I just think "what's the point?"
