I restarted from ME1 and playing my way through the series now. I love the series too much and I promised myself to I was going to do this. All I'm going to do is pretend that the series ended with Shep and Anderson bleeding out on the Citadel, and jumping straight to destroy ending.
Have you played the game again since witnessing the ending for the first time?

I'm just gonna pull the plug after Anderon's final line, but my 3rd run is taking ages. In fact, I bought DLC because of ME3's endings. WHAT? That's right, I bought Mass Effect: Genesis so I could enjoy ME2 with ease. I'm already further in that run than in my lone MShep run which is stuck after Palaven.
It's not all negative, I'm "saving" future ME3 runs for when they matter, hopefully.

No. And what the point? The ending killed the re playability for me.

Nope. I did have an ME1 play through to finish as well. Never touched it since I saw the ending.
I've been playing the MP though.

Yes. But ONLY to get my war assets high enough to get the "Shepard Alive" ending. I hated every minutes of watching the ending...AGAIN.

Nope. I've tried, I turn it on, watch the beginning scene, and then turn it back off....
I just can't.

No, I haven't.
It's kind of depressing, given how hyped I was to get ME3. But I can't see the point of spending another 40 odd hours of my time on it, just to get the same unsatisfying, badly written, illogical ending.

I played 3 times through just so I could get all the achievements. I played MP for a few days, but kept getting disconnected and having game freezes. So, I stopped and now I've moved on.
Sad, really. I played ME2 over 20 times and ME1 10 times. But yeah, that ending just doesn't motivate me at all. Great game, but without the ending payoff, not much life in it.

Can't even play multiplayer anymore.
Been 2 weeks now.
Holding the line though, even if Hammer didn't get through. I'm here till the bitter end. (or better end olololololol

I played both ME1 and 2 to no end, and after this 5 year journey with these crazy-awesome gaming experiences, ME3 included (up until the ending) having it end up in a dissilusioned mess of soul-crushing dissapointment.
Didn't touch it for 2 weeks after completing, and was utterly disgusted with the whole series, that it manages to ruin all the games like that.
Started playing ME1 again a few days a go, may be under the premis of false hope, but if we do get an extended ending, "Shep wakes up after breaking Reaper mind-control after the hallucinatory citadel sequence, and now the real (continued) final battle for earth begins" and they do it satisfactory in a way that does the series justice, replaying the whole thing again would be pure gold.
If not, forget it, not worth it, the game/s turns into liquid sh't if that ending ends up being real.

I haven't touched ME3 beyond my first playthrough. I tried to face my disappointment head on yesterday by playing ME1 and ME2 but I very quickly lost all motivation and quit. All three games have been packed away for now.

I'm playing through again with the same Shep. I've imported a renegade Shep, but I've only gotten him to Sur'Kesh. Probably won't finish unless we here something from PAX. So I'm replaying 1 and 2 to keep my mind off it and feed my ME addiction.

I did my playthrough and now my copy is gathering dust somewhere behind me. I actually don't know where it's hiding and don't bother finding it

Considering how many times I played through the first two games, and how many different Shepards I have that still need to be taken through Mass Effect 3, the fact that I have only played through it once says a lot.
Although I am mostly waiting for them to fix that face import crap. I really can't be bothered to try to recreate all those faces when I shouldn't have to. I really don't understand why they couldn't have kept the same face system for all 3 games.
Despite this being a great game, arguably the best in the series (my favorite is still ME1 though), they certainly screwed up a lot of stuff.

I can't... just can't.
I have 160 hours of ME1, 280 hours of ME2... and 41 hours of ME3.
I can't see the end again... i dont want to see.
Even Shepard waking at the end... I feel some empty inside me.

yes.
see, before ME3 i started another ME2 pt where i had planned on staying faithful to kaidan because i thought my romance with thane in ME2 would have big consequences in ME3. needless to say...uh...it didn't. the way that whole thing was handled made feel REALLY REALLY bummed out about me ME3 experience that the endings were just the dingleberry cherry on top of the turd cake. after a couple of days i decided to finish my 2nd ME2 playthrough, but ditched kaidan again this time in favor for garrus with the intention of playing ME3 again with a different romance in an attempt to salvage my experience. the garrusmance was handled SO much better, but i still quit my PT after the final goodbyes in london because i didn't see any point in going through the motions of the ending since i knew what would happen and nothing i'd done or would do mattered.
i had been playing MP off and on while doing PT #2 but i honestly haven't touched ME3 since i "finished" it.
