If I import a ME2 save where i romanced someone, can i start a new romance with Liara or Ashley in ME3?

I assume so, so long as you choose not to continue your relationship with your ME2 LI.

Ashley and Liara romance has option to start a new.

My broshep did Ashley ME1, Miranda ME2 then Liara ME3
