Have had MAJOR issues connecting and staying online today! Not once have I actually completed a full game. I keep disconnecting from EA. Driving me insane!

I am in europe and my the whole does not start anymore since a few hours ago.

I shut down and went into configuration tool. Choose dedicated internet connection, and it worked again...

I couldn't connect on my windows machine any time I tried. In fact, the single-player game keeps telling me that I'm locked out of "From Ashes" as it is always authenticating against EA's servers.

I connect and then get dropped, whatever the problem is, thier servers are out of wack. Worse then normal actually. You notice this a lot with multiplayer, if they are doing work or have planned down time it would be nice for them to let the users know, but if this is connected to the issue that most MP players have been suffering then its just horrible EA servers (maybe they should maintian them if they want MP to live).

Same here. Got that exact same problem for 3 days now. Just spent 2h with a game advisor trying to solve the problem. Ended up with the suggestion to delete and reinstall the game. Getting flashbacks to vanilla wow atm. when servers crashed every 2 hours...sigh.

Same issues, US midwest here. Lucky to stay connected for a whole match and even then everything is out of sync (hits land - damage applied a second or two later, enemies teleporting around, etc). Started last night for me.

I am having the same issues as well. I can't even get into Wave 1 before I get dropped.

I got a new pc (since my other one is on the pc doctor for keyboard malfunction yay laptops) and im trying to resintall mass effect 3 to participate on the operation raptor... but seems i cannot get past installing origin... could this be related?

i install origin with the cd, then it says i need to update.. wich i do... then after it finish i get a message saying i cannot update (derp) given i cannot connect to internet.... (WTH i just downloaded origin and its update and im posting on BSN?!?!?!?!)

someone could help this poor soul?

Haven't been able to connect at all today. I can't even get to a match, I just search for a random forever before it boots me to main menu.

I just had 6 disconnects in a row, I'm getting really sick of this.

Its 10:30pm here, Western Australian time and I have no connnectivity to the EA servers.  

Loading the game from the Origin App causes an error message saying that the cloud data is unavailable, and once the game loads it refused to load my single player game because I paid extra for the Collectors Edition, which includes the Ashes DLC, which cannot be authenticated (even though I have been playing it since release).

So, faulty EA Server = no way to play my single player game.  Rather unhappy about this at the moment as I would rather like to play the game that I bought.

Aaaand I have just rebooted and this time I have been able to load up my game and authenticate. So its seems that the servers are not down, just flakey..... not sure which is worse...

But at least I am playing again, for now. yay!

I rebooted and got back on, played three games without a disconnect.

Most of you are quite lucky - I can't connect to the servers for more than 5 days. EA support said they did something with my account that should help. It didn't. I tried installing the game on another computer and still the same. I'm in Europe.
