I'm having problems 1) my stone Prisoner code I accidenty added the code while not logged in to my account, so I can't play the content when logged in, I get a message which states I'm not allowed to access the premium content on this account. (meaning I can only play it, not logged in.)
2) I purchased points tonight for the wardens keep addon, and it went to download fine, but did nothing for 30mins. the download bar stayed at 0%. I had to logout and shutdown (I have kids etc) and went back later in the belief I could continue to down load, but it saids I have to buy the points again, which quite frankly refuse to do. no points and no game contend.

I have the same problem as your first point, only I was logged in while entering the code, I still can only play offline. Just a while ago I bought some points for warden's keep, I haven't bought it yet, as I'm afraid that will make matters worse in some way.
EDIT: I found something for point 1 that works for me.
-Load your game without logging in.
-Press escape
-Log in
-Save your game
I think the game then saves your save including installed dlc to your account, thus reminding the server you have Shale.
-Exit to main menu
-check dlc screen to see what is installed and what is not.

I'm in the same situation. Bought the points and went for Warden's keep but it doesn't show up now in the downloaded content. ****** poor system for doing this.

I got a little different problrm from yours. Points which I collected in game doesn't show in my account so I can't download anythink. (hope enerythink is spelled right because I'm very good at grammar)
