After looking into your account you only have 970 credits currently which is a far cry from the 370,000 reported. Since you reported this issue I have reset your credit count and that is all the action that will be taken. If this occurs in the future please do not spend the credits as this could cause further action being taken against your account.
Due to the nature of this investigation we will be unable to discuss our findings and/or any action taken as a result of said findings. Thank you for taking the time to make Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer a better place.

nevertheless, here is the half-official statement: DON'T SPEND THE CREDITS!! just write an email to their lame support and maybe u will be contacted a few weeks later...
