Here is the optimised .ini tweaking I spent hour's on.

So I then started working on getting enb in mass effect since it was available for Mass Effect 3 but I never got it working right, then I found out that I could use the FXAA Post Process Injector and messed with the settings to get sharper textures, more saturation, some bloom and it provides better antialiasing than using the graphics card control panel. I also used Ambient Occlusion which actually works in the game.

Just the shadows that need fixing now.
