I got a free download of the stone prisoner and the blood dragon armor with my game. Both of them downloaded and installed fine and the blood dragon armor is working fine(but the pieces are stinking expensive). My problem is everytime I try to start the quest for Shale with the NPC in camp a popup comes up that says I do not have enough points to purchase this addon.  Has anyone eles run into this? I sent the tech support an email on 11/25 and so far no response. I have registered my CD key on my account but I did not do that till after i downloaded the add ons. However I have restarted the game numerous times since then with no change. Any help?

Yes it is checked and it says it is enabled. It is also showing up on my quest log in the game and Levi is in my camp, that is who my quest log says I need to talk to to start the quest.

Eeem Levi is for Warden´s Keep DLC

To start The Stone Prisoner you need to go to the Sulcher's Pass location on the World Map and speak to the Man you find there. It should be colored Gold on the World Map.

Why is he showing up then? I did not download wardens keep.

Levi is there to make you aware of the Warden's Keep DLC and sell it to you should you want to buy it.

That´s fine, he shows you q because he is one of two DLC that were released along with game, so they have starters compiled in game. For example, if you don´t have The Stone Prisoner, icon of caravan, where it starts will apear on your map anyway
