I read that there's a line that says the PC feels Morrigan's regret through the ring, if the ring is in the inventory when the game ends.  I didn't get that line the first playthrough and thought maybe it's due to my PC being in "love" status with both Morrigan and Leliana, so I replayed from some point so that in the end, Morrigan is the only one in a love relationship- but still, that line is missing.

Please, anyone can help?  I really wanna get that line!

I'm not sure of the exact criteria, but this is what I did.

-Killed Flemeth

-Once my PC got the ring, he put it on and never took it off.

-Did the ritual himself.

-Brought Morrigan to the final battle

-Killed the Archdemon himself.

He was also in "love" status by the end.

Thanks, but I did exactly all of the above... could this be a glitch or what? Mine is PC version.

Did they same thing like SaintlPatrick, although some say that it is sufficient to wear the ring during the final battle.

Maybe. I'm on the Xbox. He also killed Alistair, from what I remember.

At the epilogue, did you tell the Queen that you were going to look for Morrigan?

Does it matter whether I talk to her about "the night before" (i.e. the ritual) before proceeding with the final battle? I suppose that's the last available dialogue you can trigger, the one where she said it's an "entanglement" best to be ended. I didn't go through this conversation in the last playthrough, and I didn't get the line in the epilogue.

Alistair and Anora rule together in my last playthrough, and yes I did say I intend to look for Morrigan. But no luck...

Yeah. I think that's it. I didn't mention it because it didn't seem significant, but that's probably the trigger.

I don't remember the dialogue specifically, but I did talk to her every chance I got.

You have to romance Morrigan. After the Dark Ritual, you have to talk to her again.

Phitos- did you not get that line too? Is yours PC version, and did you trigger the conversation with Morrigan one last time after the ritual night?

That's the problem exactly.  I tested this personally after I found out about the line.

Yes, I did that, too. :)
