Yes they do. They also have girlie bits, but instead of pubic hair, they have pubic tentacles. It's all in the codex.

The asari seem to have some range of color variation from a lavenderish blue to some darker blues. Most of their lips, as far as I can tell, as the same color as the rest of their bodies. Only some appear to have tatoos on their lips, or possibly are wearing lipstick.
As to other areas of their anatomy, we can only speculate. As all of the games are rated M I was actually surprised they didn't allow a little more nudity in the love scenes. We're all adults after all, and I've seen racier stuff on NBC.
