A race of all females, so its not as if they evolved to have a complimentary  male organ rammed into them....

They still have to push babies out from somewhere, and poopers tend to not be very hygienic.

Maybe asari's lay eggs like birds and fish.  I mean they are squid like in nature to begin with.

They have mammary glands, which would be useless for an egg laying species.

These are the questions you get when minors play M rated games.

Most definately many reactions are from minors or adults that never grew up.

However, it can be a serious question if you have a scientific mind about alien reproductive differences.

Could be different byt it still has to have the ability to strech enough to let a kid out. They also have belly buttons, thats a birth mark of both our birthing process being closely identical.

Maybe its not a belly button.

What if that's their poo hole?

Not necessarily. Look up "monotreme". However, they are probably viviparous considering they've got bellybuttons.
