Please excuse my english and the lack of manners in my posting. I do not normally use forums so I'm not really knowledgeable about the rules.
First let me say how much I love the game. It is close to perfect in my opinion except for the ending and some bugs.

Now to the bug I would like to report. The Collector's Edition DLC does not stay validated. I tried the tips on the forum to get the game up and running in offline mode, but nothing worked. Deleting the onlineprofile.profile and having the game restore it didn't work. Unistalling and reinstalling Origin and then doing a complete repair install on both the game and all DLCs enabled me to use From Ashes offline for a while, though not N7 Collector's Editon gear.
As of now I can only load my savegame when I'm online at game startup.

I do not expect any immediate answer or a specific reply to my post but please work on this bug and include the solution in the next patch. I would really like to actually get what I paid for.
