Get rid of the child, get rid of the stupid reason for reapers, get rid of synthesis.

Besides all the giant plotholes, those 3 things really made the ending go from bad to the worst ending of all time.

Considering he first appears in the last 2 minutes of the game, He'd be easy to drop.

Yup, scrap him. If they aren't going to completely re-do the ending, the game should end with Shepard and Anderson sitting on the floor looking at Earth.

I'm still hoping for a do-over though.

The space kid can go and I wouldn't shed a tear. Don't bank on it, though. It seems to be their theme in the whole game. Shephard goes obsessive on us and finally loses it. Now, what color would you like to lose in?

Of course they can't use it now but there is a fan made flow chart out there that would have been a great ending generator.
