When you first joined I guess you had no right to say anything either and did not say a word until you "registered" a second title minimum? Because that is the picture you wish to paint with such a pointless comment you made.

So much energy in trying to get over everyone's head points heavily towards a problem.

When people post ignorant things I tend to point them out in the hope they stop doing so.

If you consider that a problem, then thats your problem sorry. =]

I do not care for this artistic argument, I have never once brought it up myself. In fact I consider artistic integrity to have nothing to do with it, they own the IP and the franchise plus everything in the game they created so it is their right to either keep or alter it depending on what 'they' want to do (simple ownership). It is not made to specification, it is not commissioned by the customers and it is mass produced meaning not catered to individual tastes or preferences. I also find it funny how you modified your own reply even after saying you should not modify or alter them.

But..but they said 16 different endings and no A,B,C choice:mellow::(

Well for some of us we take what is said prior to retail as nothing more than a road map of what they would like, what they hope to do and what might have been. Where you wanted 16 endings maybe due to taking what he might have said to heart, I wanted an ending and I got that. My expectations were not extreme because I do not take what is said prior to retail seriously and as such I set my own expectations.

But alot of people do take it seriously i took it seriously in ME2 and they delivered. Anyway what i'm trying to say is just don't say anything if you cannot back it up.

Have you seen what saying nothing does to some people here? They beg and plead for information and get angry when is none. When give them information prior to retail or after it is used as ammunition against them (developers). Honestly I agree with them saying less to people here, in the sense many of the people here I feel do not deserve to be given such information after how they have acted with sending cussing PMs to the developers and personal attacks on the staff. They could quite easily if did not care so much just go down the route of fan forum only and no developer interaction for all the bashing and attacks they recieve when taking part.

Just to clarify i meant don't say anything prior to release and get your fanbase expecting the absolute best. Now some people do get out of line but i refuse to believe they are the majority the people i've seen have been debating with the developers not "cussing" at them.

Really because every other thread I take part in you apparently only respond in general to my presence. Are you a secret admirer or just upset over the many times you have been put in your place and bested in arguments by myself when you go on the offensive against anything I say.

Oh, now don't get too proud, ok. I just happen to read around provocative threads and Ho! Surprise, you pop out of nowhere to try to do some poor justice to the bad-bad end-haters. Someone offered you a cookie earlier.

Why should I hate you? I do not agree with you on this issue, and would point out that the ending tears gaping holes into the very fabric of the series as a whole, making me suspect that it was a rushed and sloppy affair.

But hate? There's no accounting for taste. And even if Bioware gives us a new ending, you'll be free to keep yours.

The whole point of these threads is merely to attract attention.

In "Internet" terms, it's called : Trolling.

And yet you claim to lurk around specifically singling out these very threads which mentioned in your last reply. So would that make you easy to troll or glutton for punishment if indeed this was such a thread? Regardless the OP is not trolling and your use of the word shows a lack of common sense and very much a requirement to dismiss anything you do not like by way of claims of trolling instead of having anything actually interesting to add or say. Do you even know why all threads are created? They are ALL for the purpose of getting attention, no exceptions and that is the whole point of making threads.

Everyone can read what I wrote, and I have nothing to justify to you. Of course, you could easily see that you're wrong just doing a little research on the forums, but I don't expect you to be honest. Typical trolling. Try better.

How nice for you.

It is plainly obvious to me that those who like the ending simply gloss over it in their minds, this is understandable as analysing the true impact of the ending for even a minute can be devastating.

Anyone who has lived a full life or close to one will tell you it's not the end it's what happens before it.

You want to bring real life into it than think about this......if your rich and you die.....your money is gone and your dead.....can't take it with you.....if you die before your loved one, guess what your dead can't take him or her with you. Life is meaningless in the sense that it doesn't matter what happens or what you do cause in the end your dead so yeah.

I loved the endings, I wasn't happy that Shepard didn't get to say goodbye to Ashley or Liara, but that doesn't mean I hated the endings....and I hardly "glossed" over it, I spent a good 10 mins deciding which option I should choose. I went with the "green" option my first playthrough, only because I didn't want to deprive Joker of EDI or let the peace between the Geth and Quarians go to waste.

I noticed how you pretended you your silly mistake never took place. I suggest if you do not like my taking part in threads, you learn to ignore me instead of launching into an offensive against whenever I post something. It would be better for you in the long run, less embarrassment on your end. While it amuses me sometimes that your constantly jumping on me whenever and where ever I go, it is getting slightly tedious now. So might I suggest you start ignoring me or talk to other people instead of constantly lurking in the shadows and lashing out at me when see me post anything.

To make my point clear : you systematically try to outrage people by diminishing their intellectual capacities in regard of their "comprehension" of the endings. You do it repeatedly, on various threads. You call that anything you want, we know the game. You are not trying to ease anything, you are provocative and deliberately insulting. You could be on any side, I wouldn't care less. You propose yourself as being of such intelligence and maturity that it just contradicts your attempts to "best" others in all futile arguments YOU do not agree with. Either you are unable to understand others feeling adequately, or you are a troll, taking pleasure in bothering others.

Prove it. Care to show a single thread where I state they do not 'get it' or that they do not understand the endings. The only thing I have ever done is state what I think of the endings, made great efforts to push the fact it was (imho) and (how I felt about the ending personally). I have also always stated that it is valid for others to not like it even if I did. But then again this fact does not fit your agenda does it? So I suggest you go prove such exists which you claim I have done.

You'll be gone a very long time trying to find such imaginary content.

Idea is good, execution awful. It should have been the other way around like in the previous games: Idea mediocre, execution excellent.

edit: Condescension comes in many, non-explicit forms.

For the record, could people on both sides kindly lay off the insults and ad-hominems, please? I know that this is a lot to ask, especially on the internet, but insults and ad-homs don't accomplish anything, other than distracting from the discussion.

I always get the impression endings were linked to characters from the game

Illusive man being blue, Saren being green, and Anderson being red.

So you picked Saren's solution Image IPB

It's in your signature. That's where you want everyone to go, to contemplate you like you do yourself.
