This is probably a silly question -- (spoiler) While playing as the dwarf noble origin I was just cast out of the city and had all my posessions taken from me... including all those from the DA:Journeys flash game. Am I able to get those back at a later date?

Thanks for helping me with this newbish question!

Wow! This is the second post on this and I am starting to get concerned, as I will be playing the Dwarf Noble origin. I will not play it if I lose all of the items that I received for completing Journeys, Digital Deluxe Edition, etc. Bio, have you taken a look at this issue?

Wow! This is a major concern. I sent a 'report' to Bio to see if they will address this issue quickly!

this is not a major concern. How broken would the game be if they took everything EXCEPT your unlocks? You'll get them back at some point.

Considering that some of those items influence experience gain its pretty stupid that you'd lose them for an extended period of time.

Try this as workaround:

-Disable your unlocks from DLC menu.

-Play your origin story

-Re-enable your unlocks on the DLC menu

I couldn't get the website to work (was too crowded) until after I had played my story, so my DLC wasn't enabled for the first part. I didn't download or turn DLC "on" until after I left Orzammer.

People... You get your items back... sheesh. Just keep playing. I did with the Dwarf Noble I created. Had him wearing a full set of Blood Dragon Armor.

Well, they advertise these bonus items as being so amazing, enticing people to want to pre-order...of course they will be upset if the stuff is taken from them at the start of the game.

On the X360 version of Dragon Age, your special items are not stripped from you when you're exiled. Everything else is taken away, however.

I do hope that for your sake, that the stuff won't be removed for PC gamers, and that Bioware will release a patch to fix this for you soon. The armor is a great influx of cash at the early game.

the disable / force load / save / enable / load worked for me for everything except one of the Steam + 1% EXP ring, it did not come back, which i am really annoyed with.
