They said they are working on the memory band issue.
However, i still have not seen anything that leads me to believe that they are working on the other items that were promised and not delivered on

Ran the noble through the origin, lost the gear. Had not found it again by the time I got through the Ostagar area, then restarted as a commoner. Wasnt aware they were working on this.

I've got the same issue as many of you. Losing my dlc stuff and all. I managed to re-obtain most of it, even the mods I got, using the "Downloadable content" section in the main menu. Sadly yes, the Memory Band remains unseen.
I must say I'd have expected Bioware to be nice enough to give you back your stuff at one point or another, and I'm not just talking about DLC. They did that for Neverwinter Night's Hordes of the Underdark, allowing you to regain your stolen goods at a far point in the game. Oh welll. Hindsight.
