Oh, I hope this won´t turn into something nasty. Be civil, people, please. No tomatoes.  And good luck, everyone(BW included). :)

Seconded.  While I was also not pleased with the ending, I recognize that BioWare is extremely talented and there are more things to talk about at the panel than the ending.  I do hope they will let us know more about their plans/no plans for the ending and then the panel can move on.

Be civil, everyone!  We may be disgruntled, but let's not forget it was BioWare that originally made us fall in love with the series.

Was extremely talented. Past tense; was.
I'm only going on the sheer amount of plot holes self evident at that imbecilic ending and their tweets that indicate they have zero intention of fixing them.

I'm beyond cynical about Bioware at this point. I just hope PAX is funny. Good luck, Bioware! You'll need it LOL

I think people should dress up in blue, green or red t-shirts.

It will be funny to watch them defend their blatent lies. I really want to ask them if they honestly thought the ending was unique and well thought out, not to mention where the other 13 unique endings were (im not talking about if the buildings or people get destroyed or not as that does not count as a different ending...) Can someone take a video and post on youtube pretty please?

The last thing we need is for those attending the panel to give creedence to the much reported "entitled whiners" label. I would hope that those both for & against the current ending will give proper respect to the Bioware panel, while presenting thier points of view.

I hate the ending with a passion, but I don't see that as a reason to disrespect the people behind it.

Besides, from what I have read, the people attending the panel had no direct control over the ending anyways - so it's not thier fault.

By all means express your opinions, just do it in a polite, respectful manner.

For what it's worth, I don't care that much about the endings. I'm just hoping that with all the talk of the reveal of merchandise and such, we'll be seeing those Play Arts Kai figures being shown on Bioware's facebook page right now.
I've come to accept the fact that a new ending may be asking for the world, so I'm investing my hope towards those action figures. Keep expectations simple, you'll be less likely to be disappointed.

Plus on their section on the facebook page they said they would be sure to let us know when the final versions are on sale, to my mind  that means it's pretty reasonable to expect them to be displayed at this event.

Well, D-Day tomorrow...

I'm strangely excited at the prospect... y'know, the same odd excitement as when I start watching a Grand Prix, fully expecting a pile -up on the first corner...

So basically there is going to be no live-stream from the event. Casey Hudson has chickened-out of attending and Bioware is basically hoping that all the pre-release promises both he and Mike Gamble made will be forgotten with the announcement of the cutscene epilogue clarification that is the extended-cut DLC?

...just checking, have I got that right?.

I will be extremely disappointed if nothing untoward happens at the panel.

PAX East will surely be a great event, but there are so many that cannot go...
Will BioWare do something similar for the European fans as well?

It will be funny if the room empties out after they say, "We won't discuss Mass Effect 3's endings."

As Udina once said, "Does the term 'political sh*tstorm' mean anything to you?"

They won't get an empty room. There will be people there besides retakers.

I hope the room/panel DOES empty out if they refuse to discuss the endings and how they personally feel about them.

Lol, I wish I was going to be there at PAX with a bag of popcorn.

It should be fun! They are going to get obliterated.

I'd think a large mass of fans walking out on the presentation would send a clearer message and be less problematic for all involved. Massive booing or worse will just result in conflict with PAX security who could easily find themselves stuck in the middle of an ugly scene.

I hope the people there have the guts to ask the hard questions.

Be brave. We're counting on you.

I'll not be able to make it to Pax but I would like one question to be asked. If Mass Effect was concieved as a trilogy 7 years ago, why was it left until November of last year to decide how it ended? Ist any wonder that the series' ending made no sense whatsoever when they still hand't worked out what it was going to be until the 11th hour?

People should all take some plastic poo, some polish, and a cloth and ask Bioware what they can come up with.
