I've had the same thing happen as everyone else here, all 5 classes (Adept, Sentinel, Engineer, Vanguard, Infiltrator)I promoted were "reset" to lvl 1 but kept all their powers, appearance, etc., intact. It seems as you level up the skill points decline as well.

So far, it just appears to be my Quarian Infiltrator and my Turian Sentinel that are bugged, though I haven't tried other classes I've promoted yet. A bit annoying, but it seems the easy fix is to use reset powers. Haven't tried it yet, though. Might be doing that soon on Sentinel, I'll post with updates since I want to get him to a decent level first for Silvers before I reset him.

This is probably it. I played up to N7 rating 600 without this glitch ever happening. I pretty much always promoted whenever one of my classes hit 20. Then came Operation Raptor and I promoted them all in one session for the event. Quite a few of them were glitched as a result.

Hrm, I did promote 3 classes in the same session at the start of the event, two of them got bugged.

Promoted 3 for the weekend challenge now they are stuck at -79

Bug means no rewards, i suppose ?

Not necessarily. I promoted my Adepts, closed out the session. The next morning I promoted my Sentinals, closed out the session. When I restarted in the afternoon, the sentinals were bugged and my infiltrators had all been reset.

I only promoted one class at a time and I still got the bug. I think it's more likely that the bug is related to certain characters.

My Sentinel class is bugged too:( -82 points how nice...
