I'm fairly confident in saying the population of the space-faring galaxy is nowhere near 1 trillion. A trillion is an insanely big number.

Assume 15 billion per species homeworld (being generous, it's high even for Earth, one of the most populous planets)

8 major species (humans, turians, salarians, asari, volus, elcor, hanar, batarians)

That's 120 billion so far.

Let's be even more extremely generous and say each major species has 20 colonies of a billion people each.

160 billion + the original 120 billion. That's 280 billion.

Let's be generous again and 20 billion for the krogan, drell, vorcha, yahg, and whatever other minor species that have been partially uplifted or recently integrated into galactic society.

300 billion. Galaxy-wide. Not even close to a trillion. Even with wildly inflated estimates.

So the Reapers might be unstoppable killing machines, but your estimate is about 2000x too high.

If they've been at it for a billion years, assuming similar population numbers each cycle, they've killed approximately 60,000,000,000,000 organic beings.

Fine... I killed OVER 200,000,000,000,000,000, primarily by genetically messing with people and using them to kill their own species and those I chose, by flaying people with beams, and by indoctrinating people to the point they willingly throw themselves on spires.

He has unlimited kill streaks, all the perks and classes. Can kill you 16 different ways, and one of the many hacks he has is the paintball cheat (like in 007:Goldeneye) except it only comes in blue, green and red.
