Do you count the pawn kills towards his "accomplishment"? Because I thinke most beings do not get killed by the reapers themselves but by pawns like the collectors/marauders/husks/.... .

Of course, that was all him, his idea, his cycle, Harbinger was the first and must've came up with the ground forces idea.

me3 plot is so ruined now that is hilarious....

really? only one reaper per cycle??? Shepard destroyed 3.... so he basicly ruined 150 thousand years of development xDDDDDDDDDD in a single cycle.... and since the Proheans sustained a war that lasted centuries... probably half of the Reaper population was decimated on that cycle.... Bioware, Really???? REALLY?????...

Just for fun, I decided to apply these numbers to the minimum sentence for first degree murder in the US. The numbers vary by state--and some even make it life in prison or the death penalty--so I went with 25 years as a nice average minimum and because it makes the math simpler. 200 quadrillion times 25 years = 5 quintillion year sentence. If the Reapers had a good lawyer and managed to convince the jury that they lacked intent or there were mitigating circumstances, they might get 10 years per count making it 2 quintillion.

If they have a REALLY good lawyer and they get off, they would still be open to class-action Wrongful Death suits. Unfortunately, most Wrongful Death laws require a surviving family member to bring the suit, the galactic court may find an exception valid in the case of genocide. Considering the vast rescources of the Reapers, an average payout (before punitive damages) of $1.5 million seems a fair estimate. If we factor in all the people already killed in this cycle and add in the portion of Javik's that he can testify to, we can go with a conservative estimate of 5 trillion. Five trillion times $1.5 million gives us 7.5 x 10^20 dollars BEFORE punitive damages.

Keep in mind, these are only death related charges. Any halfway decent lawyer could make a strong case for innumerable counts of property or criminal damage, vandalism, terrorism, criminal mayhem, arson, fraud, false imprisonment, kidnapping, criminal battery, aggravated assault, etc.... A galactic judiciary body could also bring up war crimes charges.

No matter which way you slice it, the Reapers are the worst criminals in all of history.

Also of note, Harbinger's main structure, the cuttlefish style design was used for all other Reapers, except his unique 4 four legs instead of 5.

I guess he just got tired of killing people so easily. Nobody was challenging him so he retired. SHarbinger just shows up once and blasts Shepard to hell.  I would argue that he didn't plan on killing him. He blasted him so he could indoctrinate him.

I don't think Harby did it all on his own, as The Leviathan DLC says that there were agents used to collect raw organic data(same function used by the collectors) and from their work the AI deduced the creation of the reapers, attacked and built Harby.
So for the first cycle I'd say there were plenty of thralls/ other things to pad out that Attack force.

I'd also postulate that the decision to bullied the reapers, the "ascended" form for organics was decided in unison with whatever tech allowed for huskifications fusion of flesh and metal, to me it seems too much a literal attempt on the AI's part to get the synthetic and Organic to coexist.(and utterly failing.)
