That being said, I don't know what gives you the impression that I was making a forecast of some sort.
Read my post again. It's simply looking at Biowares response to the backlash so far, arguing that any rational company would try to minimize the damage to their sales. If Indoc was truly planned, they would have hinted at it by now. Something along the lines of "Hold your horses people, there's more to the ending than you might think".

The fact that they haven't done that seems like a pretty strong indicator that they've got nothing up their sleeves.

I like how you know so much about how PR and large companies operate. You may not be able to travel in time but you at least must be a marketing big-wig then

They are still somewhat at odds with Ray's statement, but it might well be that he isn't deeply involved with the development process and his defending of the current ending was simply a (one of many) PR misstep(s).

i have a feeling most IT people are like that now (myself too) because we have repeated the more educated statements many many times already but they just get shot down out of spite. All those links I have copy pasted, for just such a reason. All the news is out there. If you SEEM lik you dont put in a little effort to try and understand it, then you will prob get a IT response will little effort in it also.

IT eh? well, anything but the endings we got, so yeah, why not? I saw the vid, and I'm convinced.
Also when did people first see this image? cause I saw it a few days after it came out, and I was like "WTF is this? I hope they fix that."
Now, it could be a real message, let's see what bioware says later this month, or this week for that matter.
