I assume you're enlisted, in which case you can say whatever you want about him provided you aren't in uniform. If you're a commissioned officer, however, it's a totally different story.

true dat but even if i did no one knows who i am so they cant figure out who said it, but yes i am enlisted, for the moment ocs is COMIN!!!!!
