No "speculation" for once?

Lol that's me. I'm trying to get confirmation on that right now.

Also my orginal question was: @[/s]masseffect[/b] How did EDI survive my red destroy ending? Glitch or intentional?

You can't see that in the link you have.

Edit: they were fast to respond to it not being a glitch. Then I further explained that "All synthetics die", seems to have given them a bit of pause.

That link doesn't reference what you're talking about. However, since I think Space Kid was lying to you anyway, like for example, just what is "Synthetic Life". EDI's processors are on the Normandy and she is essentially a giant super computer. How would the Destroy target SPECIFICALLY the Reapers, the Geth, Sheps cybernetics and EDI alone? It really doesn't make a whole lot of sense anyway.

Do any of you have first hand experience with EDI living after choosing the destroy option?
Videos depicting it could have just switch the red/blue exit scene.

Well the catalyst is basically lying throughout the conversation since he proclaims that Shep will die as well.. but the shep can survive..so who knows.

Even if the "EDI surviving Destroy ending" is a lie, it's certainly curious that they aren't just saying it. Then again, that whole Twitter feed is suspect.

EDIT: Did it just disappear for anyone else?

I've always assumed the starchild lies about this to keep Shep from choosing the destroy ending. There's no proof that all synthetics are destroyed, and certainly if the starchild is telling the truth, Shep shouldn't even be breathing because s'he is cybernetic and relies on implants, but there s'he is gasping away in the rubble.

The whole Normandy thing is just too full of holes to be actually happening. So I ignore it as reality.

I just finished the game again some days ago. And I can confirm that this happend aswell, I picked destroy and EDI came out of the ship.
As a sidenote it would also seem that the other crewmembers are you LI aswell as the most used squadmate. Dunno if that's been discussed before though. Last time it was Liara and Garrus for me and this time it was Liara and Javik.

And ofc the little **** is lying. Translucent children should never be trusted, they must be punched and gagged before they have a chance to speak.

There's a chat you have with Edi (non wheel) about cyborgs. EDI says Shep is not one because her/his brain wasn't touch by cybernetics and I think the Cerberus files also state that the brain was whole when Shep was recovered so it never made sense to me the Shep was part of the synthetic race and thus had to die as well. I agree that EDI is technology not an actual synthetic, but I have played 3 twice and haven't seen her emerge from the ship on the planet.

If you have seen her come out on the destroy ending was she in your final squad group? She wasn't in mine and maybe that's why I didn't see her come out.

It's definitely not most used squadmate and LI- Garrus crushed Javik in terms of time on my squad, but it was Javik who came out at the end.

I don't believe the "most used squadmate" theory. Every time I've done destroy, it's been Joker, my LI, and Javik. And I only bring Javik on a couple missions. Thessia and maybe one other random mission.

Its not a lie, it made me almost throw my monitor after the already bad ending riddled with plot holes i see joker and her walk off with LI and garrus...

Ya I used Garrus the most and Liara as a LI, still got Javik.

Was he in your final sqaud make up? I noticed that Joker and my 2 sqaud mates are the ones who come out.

No. Most recently my final squad makeup was Ashley and Garrus, and the crash survivors were Joker, Ashley and Javik.
