I just promoted my character earlier today, and my Engineer class is glitched to the fact that It has all my powers from my previous character before promotion, also resultling in me have -74 power points, anyways I hope you fix this glitch, because I want to do a different powers build at a point

Just promoted my Sentinels and Infiltrators. Same result on all of them.

I just promoted my Engineers, Sentinels, Infiltrators, and Vanguards. I experienced this same glitch with my human Engineers, my Turian Sentinel, and my Quarian Infiltrator.  I hope this issue gets fixed soon, I want to use those characters but I'm afraid that entering a game with a level 1 character with the power of a level 20 character will get me reported for cheating or something.

Just promoted Adepts, Engineers, Sentinals, and Infiltrators.  2 (human female and turian) of my three sentinals glitched, retaining their level 20 power point distribution.  Krogan went back to default level one with a "new" icon on him.  Other classes unaffected.

Tried exiting game + signing out of Origin, and returning to MP, but no change.

Plaid a round with Turian.  Displayed as level 1 to everyone, but had level 20 powers.  Remained throughout battle, and even after gaining 5 levels upon completion.

I just promoted my soldier and infiltrator. The soldier reset properly, the infil regained his points after I played 1 game.

Same Problem not sure whats going on Id Rather not use this in case of account Ban or something

I found a solution ! it's not the best but if you reset one of your races lets say it's the sentinel you have a problem with reset one of the races example. Krogan and play with him until he is level 20 all the others will then be fine just a pity you have to use a power reset
