Since he was used as a placeholder in the E3 demo footage if you listen you can tell it is him, but its obviously different enough from his natural or Shepard voice, I'm just wondering what people's thoughts would be? I found out too late that it wasn't the same VA as ME2, something I wouldn't have noticed unless I was REALLY going over the vocal performance.
What would it have been like if Mark Meer voiced Mordin?

You should prolly put this in the character section, but...
It would not have been the same Mordin for me if Meer was the VA. It stuck out too much for me in the demo and I didn't think it fit the character.
There is only one Mordin for me, and that's Michael Beattie. That being said, I was actually impressed with the work of the actor they used instead. I didn't even know they replaced the actor until after I finished the game, so I thought it was the same voice. Shows how good a job William Salyers did with Mordin

Really? I noticed it the first time you speak to him on Sur'kesh since it sounded a lot higher than Beattie.
