The Geth Pyro's range seems to extend far beyond the flames. I got taken down by a Pyro though I was far out of it's flame reach. Pyro's are overpowered as is but being able to hit you even when you are out of reach of it's attack well...Unless BioWare intended it so.
As well there seems to be an issue with getting Lift Grenades from ammo crates, even inbetween rounds. I once went 3-4 rounds with an Asari Vanguard unable to get Lift Grenades from any ammo crate. What's the point of a "power" you can't use? Unless again BioWare intended it that was as a nerf.
2 more possible bugs...Possibly.

while i cant say for certain i think the issue with getting lift grenades is that all grenades are shared
so if you're in a match with some other classes that use grenades and you're all trying to replenish them from the same crate you're not gonna get any.
