This should be fairly easy to do, the problem being that I have no idea how. Any takers?

Yeah it's an easy fix. However you'll need to do some 2da editing to get it done.

Basically what you want to do is make a new ABI_base M2DA with just the grease spell entry (so you can overwrite it without changing anything else) and change the cooldown column to whatever you want. The process is a bit involved the first time you do it, but it's not too bad.
