Stayed faithful to Kaidan from ME1 to ME3. I absolutely adore him and was very happy with how they treated the romance in ME3. I had been worried it wouldn't "pay off", as it were - not that I was interested in any ME2 LIs anyway - but it definitely did.

I've never tried other romances myself but I've seen plenty of them on YouTube. From the ones I've had myself my favorite is Liara, but I also like Tali's romance in ME2. I thought Ashley was "alright" in ME1, nothing special though, in ME2... yeah. And well, won't play ME3 with my other two Shepards so... I'll stick to YouTube for romance revelations.

Kaidan because Garrus had no romance in ME1 but I wasn't impressed. Half the time I had no idea what he was talking about. You never have a normal real conversation with him and after his tantrum on Horizon I went back to ME1 and saved Ashley.

I found his romance to be the sweetest despite being gipped in the love scene/snuggle department. The swooping Citadel kiss was perfect. Before ME3 goes to hell at the end he said he want to settle down and start a family. It's pure goo, sweet, sweet goo.

I also did a Thane romance but scrapped it from import after the horrific treatment our darling drell gets in 3.

I watched the rest of the romances on youtube and the Liara one defiantly gets the most length. I really wished they added more for those who had romances for the ME2 characters and the squadmates we have now.

Liara on like 7/10 playthroughs she has an interesting dynamic with LOTSB and her new paragade attitude.

I have tried other romances too though, Ash is quite nice in the first game but she gets annoying in me3. Kaiden is sometimes a bit soppy and boring for me. Tali is sweeet but for some reason I'm not really interested. Garrus is more of an older brother figure for my femsheps so not him. Noone in me2 interested me at all.
Fave is definitely Liara! <3

Ash in the firs game, then Tali and then continued with Tali, because she is awesome!
That's when I was a paragon but now I've started a new play through of 1 and 2 as a renegade, started to romance Ash in 1 but I let her die, then just started a romance with Jack. Hot and rough! ;-)

The one thing I didn't like is that they added DLC with the option to continue your LI with Liara in ME2. But they never added DLC in ME1 to let me have a LI with Tali.

Making peace with her arch enemy and retaking her home world also helped to make this probably the most moving romance.

Should i list all my shepards? or just the one i have finished ME3 with?

Gawain didn't romance anyone in ME1 or 2 (my little backstory for him was that he was in love with Kaidan and took a leap of faith and hoped they would make Kaidan bi in 3 which they did :3) and got together with Kaidan in 3.

Jane got together with kaidan in Me1, stayed faithful to him in 2 and will be with him in 3.

John was with Liara in 1, but didn't approve of her change in 2 and got together with tali, and will stay with tali in 3.

Edge got together with Ashley in one, Jack in 2 and... who the h*** knows in 3

Jade didn't romance anyone in 1, romanced Garrus in 2 and will be with him in 3

Reaver didn't romance anyone in 1, romanced Thane in 2 and will stay faithful to him in 3... despite his death T.T

Sawyer was with Liara in 1, stayed faithful in 2 and will be with her again in 3.

Sam didn't romance anyone in 1 or 2 as i had saved her for new romance in Me3 (had actually hoped for a vegamance...) not sure what will happen with her in 3

Beast romanced no one in ME1, had planned on romancing Miranda in 2, but not sure now (haven't finished his ME2 playthrough), am a bit tempted to save him for cortez.

Zane didn't romance anyone in 1, and haven't played his ME2 playthrough so am not sure who he'll pick, if anyone, he's a bit random. Awesome fun to play though

It was clear after ME2 who I would romance, and while playing ME3 even more: Ashley turned into a constantly whining annoyance.

Sadly, Miranda's romance wasn't as rewarding as I hoped. 4 meetings, 2 of them via hologram, each of them not longer than 2 minutes. No romance scene, no picture in the cabin, no talk before getting to earth... I haven't felt like romancing anyone actually.

...well, I guess that's the same fate with every non-squadmate romance...
