DA2. Mass Effect has never bored me. DA2 was almost immediately tedious.
ME3 and DA2: Which was a bigger letdown for you?

ME3 was the bigger let down, at least you knew with the ending of DA2, something else was coming down the pipe....unfortunately the expansion has been cancelled. DA2 was lazy development, but for the most part, the quality writing was there. I was willing to overlook DA2, to get to ME3 (if that makes sense?) but now Bioware is pretty much 0-2 in their last 2 games, ME3 was fantastic up until the elevator takes you to Spacekid.

Dragon Age 2 by miles and miles.
Mass Effect 3, the actual game is fantastic fun and visual eye candy, yeah the ending lacks war assets cameos and is sucky but the actual game still rocks.
Dragon Age 2 was the same level, over and over and over again.

I wasn't let down by either. I actually enjoyed DA2 quite a bit. Sure, the repeated graphics was boring but I found the story enjoyable.
I also don't feel I was let down by Mass Effect 3. The environment, characters, action, game play, graphics and music were all epic.
The ENDING on the other hand was a cataclysm the likes of which I have never experienced before.

ME3 was good (or felt good) all the way through. So the poor ending was a surprise.
DA2 was only alright all the way through, so the let down of the ending wasn't as overwhelming.

Definitely Mass Effect 3. That's not saying that ME3 is worse than DA2, it's that I was much more excited and expecting great things from Mass Effect 3 than I was for DA2. With Dragon Age 2 I just felt a tad disappointed. With Mass Effect 3, I felt depressed and angry.

DA2 I found a bit dull. I was never really emotional engaged. Never connected with the characters or cared much for the city. Found the combat repetitive.
ME3 was amazing. One of my favorite games ever...until the last 10 minutes when it drove right off a cliff and destroyed everything that had come before it.

Both.
ME3 had a terrible end to an otherwise great saga.
DA2 simply had no real end to it, the end was supposed to be further explored in upcoming DLC/Expansion that was dropped to shift focus onto DA3, which means Hawke's story is just done. He did s**t and wandered off.The end. Which is just STUPID.

DA2 was a massive let down in comparison to DAO. While fun to play it simply was simply shallow and gimmicky and not a true rpg in my opinion.
Mass Effect 3 has fully restored my faith in Bioware. It was well executed game with tight story lines arcing back through the entire trilogy. My only fault with the endings is I wish there was an epilogue to explain what happened to the other races and characters rather than al the nonsensical speculation that goes on with the haters.

DA2. ME3 was a great game, it was just the ending that was bad. DA2 was just tooth grinding mediocrity all the way through.

This is a tough question.
DA2 was not as good as DAO but one experiences the disappointment earlier on playing and can refocus on the good bits later.
ME3 is a last moment possible let down, which means it never gets the chance to recoup. Reruns lose the emotional context that built up the first time as you know what is going to happen.

Both were bad but ME3 was by far the worst letdown. DA2 was just a bad game all around, the bad ending in that game was both a setup and not unexpected. However, ME3 was great throughout 3 entire games and to have that all be ruined in the last 10 minutes...man, what a letdown.

DA2 is a rushed game that betrays everything Bioware has done right in DA:O. DA2 wasn't even in the state to be published when EA shipped the copies. ME3 is a great game with a rushed, cheap and broken ending. They do not even leave in the same league of "bad". Then, I guess that it even depends a lot on preferences and wich series you care most about.

DA2 is a bigger letdown by far. At least the gameplay and storytelling for 99% of ME3 was top-notch.
DA2, on the other hand, well, factoring in the waves of enemies appearing out of the sky, the reused maps, the blatently obvious and literal three act story (when you skip ahead every three years), and the long cooldown on healing skills/items mechanic, I would have to say that there is no contest. Don't even get me started on the graphics/art style.
That being said, ME3's graphics/art hasn't changed (dramatically), it's story is sound and coherent (well, at least 99% of it is coherent to me), the combat wasn't changed so dramatically that it was polarizing, and they didn't use the same 2-3 maps for every single area.
Also, shouldn't this topic also be posted in the DA2 forums? Asking us would seem kind of biased.

If an ending can destroy my will to replay my favorite franchise than my answer is ME3.
Please Bioware give me back my love for ME like you made everyone love this ending

ME3. It was a build up to the finale of one of my all time favorite series and then it just went out with a whimper.
Dragon Age 2 I didn't mind so much. The reused environments were annoying, as was the magical enemy "rain", but overall I liked it.

Since I really had no great expectations for DA2, I could not be disappointed. ME3 was not only a major disappointment but a slap in the face as well.

Mass Effect 3. Dragon Age 2 wasn't that bad, and I didn't really have incredibly high expectations for it in the first place, while the entire ME trilogy, including number 3 seemed to be leading up to a fantastic, epic conclusion. Considering what I got was one of the worst endings I've ever seen I don't think that anything could ever top that on the disappointment scale.

ME3.
DA2 was mediocre the whole way through, so no big surprise that the ending was very "meh"
ME3 was fantastic throughout until the last 10 minutes, so it was more akin to running at a full sprint and then suddenly a wall appears in front of you.

Hmm, tough choice.
DA2 was the sequel of one of the greatest games in the last few years, so to see it reduced to this was... Hard. And even then, my expectations weren't all THAT high (knowing that it had less development time, I knew they'd be cutting corners at the very least)... Would've been much better weren't it for the last arc however...
But ME3... At least, DA2 didn't build up our expectations this much - after all, like so many others, I was having a blast until the ending even if everything wasn't perfect, unlike with DA2. Therefore, ME3 felt like the bigger eltdown: It's a blast and then it throws a pile of crap in your face RIGHT AT THE END! It ruins not only the great experience that the rest of ME3 was, but also the rest of the ME series! I mean, we've fought hard through three games... To get THIS CRAP? Unbelievable...

In both games I read all the dialogue, codex and completely understood the story & biowares vision.
I enjoyed ME3 a great deal and loved DA2 (Meredith was my favorite char in DA2).

Dragon Age 2 was much more of a let down, the Mass Effect 3 ending was a hard pill to sawallow but the games was awesome overall.
