A lot of us have a lot of level 20 characters.   Personally I'm not inclined to promote the builds I really like and can reliably make Gold runs on.  The community reward is basically just a veteran pack after all.

Promoted two classes, my infiltrator and soldier as I'm not really playing any other classes.

Spent Wed and Thursday capping my Vanguard and Sentinel, which I don't play anymore, and promoted them last night. Also promoted my Adept this morning, but I'm keeping my QE at 20 since that is my favorite.
