What spell is that blue shield around the overseer in the sacred urn quest ? He's the one carrying the spellweaver sword.

Maybe spell-immunity, I don't know...

Spellshield I think it's called. 75% chance of absorbing a spell and losing mana equal to its initial manacost.

He casts that spell, then tries casting a bunch of other spells on himself to the tune of "Spell Immunity" until he runs out of mana.

Heh heh. I wasn't really paying attention to his first cast and after that he got dogpiled by my crew so he died without much of a fuss (the drake, though ...) and I never noticed that behavior. Definitely worth a bug report.
