I hated those mask Wearing Bastards. They were too self preservent, also they would be to busy rebuilding their homeworld to help in the fight with the reapers. Also Geth would make a better ally.Posted Image Did you Kill the geth or Quarians?

Neither, I was smart enough to figure out a peaceful solution... Got both of them fighting side by side to the very bitter end. =P

I did that too :(

Problem was i didn't do tali mission in ME2 and she got harbinged in the suicide mission. Hence the quarians died and that other quarian u get killed herself :(

Edit: you can save both races depending on choices in ME2

No peace was possible for me based on what happened in ME2. So, I saved the Geth over the Quarians. They've always been selfish and secretive, while the Geth are actually more proactive and altruist.

There is a special place in hell for people who didn't take the peace option.
It's in the same corner as the people who shot Mordin.

I chose peace, the quarians killed themselves as far as I'm concerned.

Made peace. But if peace wasn't an option I'd let the Geth wipe the quarians out.

The Quarians are dumb as hell, but I'm not going to say no to getting two fleets for one.

I made peace. If I were unable to do so, the Geth would have been eradicated. I value organics over synthetics any day.

ME3 really made the Quarians look like dicks. The most relatable Quarian was Admiral Koris, the Geth sympathizer. And it's revealed in the consensus that the Geth were simply trying to defend themselves from an oppresive creator race.

Hell, the Quarians are even stupid enough to GO TO WAR WITH THE GETH, DESPITE THE REAPERS COMING. What idiots. May all the Quarians burn in hell.

Saved them both. Truth is, some of them are uncapable of thinking reasonably in their take on the Geth conflict. Thankfully Tali is sensible enough to try to talk some sense into them. Paragon interrupt does the rest, if you played the game properly.

So you'd spare TIM's life before EDI's?

The theories and issues that were discussed or shown in the Mass Effect series seem to be completely lost on some of the people in this thread.

"Real" playthrough: brokered peace, felt great about what a space hippie I am. Pretty sure somewhere in the galaxy, John Crichton was toasting to me.

First "experimental" playthrough: watched the quarians get slaughtered and laughed.

Yeah, it's right down the hallway, second door after Hitler.

I favour peace, but failing that, it's kinda hard to sympathise with the Quarians. They're always the aggressors and in ME3 Gerrell tries pretty hard to kill you for the sole reason of being in the wrong place at the wrong moment, consequences be damned. Shala'Raan doesn't get much sympathy either since she favoured the war even when Tali and Koris advocated peace talks

Im still firm in the thought that someone drugged the hell out of the Quarians. Ran and Koris were easier to get along with than Gerrell who was the seeming voice of reason in me2.
