I am surprised to see Obsidian mentioned on here at all. Have they released a single game that wasn't broken from balls to brains?

Bioware too I guess, but aside from swtor, all their latest games feel rushed.

And the games need more PRG elements.

Black Isle Studios was the best and very few have come close to them. Obsidian, CDprojekt, Rockstar, Blizzard, Bethesda(sometimes), BioWare(pre-Dragon Age 2), Bungie, InXile and Valve are good too.

I can't commend Blizzard unless one likes MMO's, online DRM, and games being released once a decade or so.

For quality people love Obsidian. The stories, characters and gameplay are usually top notch. QA on the other hand you should take to whoever publishes each game.
