I am currently playing the N7: Cerberus Attack missiona on insane and every time  I die and the game starts to re-load the mission my system locks up. Temp of my Xbox is not high (cool to the touch). I am also noticing this issue for other missions or when I first go to load the game from the main screen when i first boot my xbox.
