I stay in Bronze because so far I have only won a single Silver match. Every time I try some retarded idiots messes up the match. Every. Single. Time.

Though it's not exactly better on Bronze. I'm fresh out of a match where we wiped on wave 10 because people didn't know how to take cover...

i feel ya.

i can very nearly solo bronze now... can't quite pull it off yet, but soon.  so... don't lose those.

gold... i dont' win em all, but i'd say i got at least a 75% win rate.

but silver... i don't know if its player mindsets (not focused on winning, just having fun) or that they're just overestimating themselves... but i feel like i lose more matches on silver than i do on gold.

I play bronze most of the time, even if my characters are high level, because I think the players who play on bronze are more relaxed and friendly than those who play on silver or gold. I don't like spending time with uptight jerks.

Bronze for me is the only way to have some fun without the fear of getting a heart attack. ;-) In Silver there is usually more teamwork and less lone wolves trying to be no. 1 in the scoreboard, too. So i like both settings and but prefer to play bronze regardless of my character level. In bronze you can win almost 99% of the games, in silver i had an extraction maybe only in 20-30 % of the games.

Gold is really extreme, i am no harcore player, tried it once and survived until extraction thanks to three! skillfull asari adepts. Don't think i try it again so soon, so i can keep my 100% record here. :-)

I don't normally play Bronze, but since I just promoted my infiltrator, I didn't want to risk being a burden to my team, so I thought, i know, I'll go play Bronze.

First lobby, a level 17, and 2 level 20's... me at level 1. First round, a level 20 goes down far away... and quits. We finish the match anyway, I'm top.

Lobby disbands. New Lobby, a level 17, two level 19's, me level 6. Nobody leaves, but top again.

You answered your own question. They are bad!

I play bronze when my sole objective is to level up characters and I am sleepy. I don't like playing silver with randoms, loss of time and money (in case of equipment used) Though silver can be fun sometimes with randoms that know what to do. Gold is restricted to friends only.

This makes you sound uptight. Just saying.

I play bronze because I can't play silver. Simple.

I mainly play bronze because my weapons are mostly lackluster and whenever I run into a rage-quitter/bad player on silver or above it usually dooms the game, whereas a bronze match can still be salvaged even if there are only 2-3 people left. For some reason nobody ever fills in the blank player slots mid-match like they would in the demo, and I'd rather not take that risk on silver/gold unless if I know I'm playing with a competent team.

I play Soldier and Infiltrator on Bronze because I have to admit I am a suck shooter so really, sorry guys, I am practicing those classes on bronze despite the fact that I'm level 20 with them.

I'll also roll out on bronze to try out new weapons or builds - it helps me learns things like the Geth Pulse Rifle sucks w/o taking down an entire silver mission.

To play with any weapon, to farm credits for nearly no effort at all (meaning I can multitask and watch videos at the same time), figure out new strategies and how the damn biotic combos are meant to be used, etc

I ain't in a rush, those unlocks aren't going anywhere and I have no incentive to play Silver or Gold for extra credits or N7 ranks. There is nothing to do now anyway now that I've unlocked the character classes and weapons I wanted.

Okay, seriously, Bronze is easy, why are there so many high levels in it? Silver isn't even that hard.

Most times, I just want a relaxing MP match. Bronze is really too easy for me, but Silver is just too much of a "heart racer" for me.

I really, REALLY wish there was a diff level between Bronze and Silver. :(

I like to use bronze to experiment with different load outs that I may not be sure about, or as a firing range of sorts in the event I get a new weapon. Of course, sometimes you just want a low-impact comp-stomp when you play first thing in the morning lol.

I think what everyone is trying to say but avoiding is:

ITS EASIER

The rewards might be less but so is the chance of dying and lose everything.

I usually play on gold but I do go on bronze after I promote to not burden my team, I think the reasons why you see high lvl'd guys on bronze is because they are either not confident enough to attempt silver or gold, or they just want to be a complete boss. Either way let 'em play on bronze at least they can boosts lower lvls through it that much more faster.

I cannot justify taking my Turian soldier with a revenant to silver or gold yet, but damn is it fun. And thats why bronze is a welcome break for gold/silver players.

If I'm in bronze, it's because I'm a leveling 1-10 or just feeling like flinging everything around with a krogan soldier. They're DEAD!

I play three bronze matches to get above level ten with every promoted class, and that's it. I actually really hate bronze because it feels rather pointless to play. I'm sure there are plenty of people who find silver too hard (i.e. you actually have to think) to enjoy, though.

Many more casual players just like to play bronze. There's nothing wrong with a high level playing a bronze match. Sometimes I play bronze with my Asari vanguard so I can AoE melee everything to death.

At first, I stuck to Bronze level matches because even though I was gaining levels with my characters, I was getting shafted on weapon upgrades. Even if I was at level 20, I didn't think I'd do very well on Silver with an Avenger I and or a Mantis/Predator I. It just came down to having crap weapons that couldn't possibly do enough damage to succeed at the higher tiers.

Now that I have some experience with Silver/Gold, I don't like the additional challenge. I find the experience to be a grind and it will often get derailed at the last possible second (i.e. Wave 10) when things get intense and human error begins to filter into the equation. I can't tell you, in fact, how many Silver matches I've lost due to a last-second collapse.

With Bronze, and my now-upgraded weaponry, I can be fairly certain, even if someone leaves or something goes wrong that I'll get through to the end and get full credit for my efforts. The matches are also relatively shorter and I don't have all the time in the world to be doing multiplayer to begin with. In my mind, Bronze is the best "bang for the buck" when considering all the variables. Of course, others will disagree, but that's why I continue to do what I do.

Bronze is relaxing sometimes. Also you get to have fun with all your guns that don't hold up that well in gold.
