Just finished a silver match and suddenly have 3.5 million credits when I had less than 5000 before the match. Am afraid to spend any of it in case someone in the match was cheating or something, since I dont want to get in trouble for it. Don't know what happened but any help would be appreciated.

One of the players in that match used cheats and it affected you. You should always look at the amount of credits you receive during the match and if it's too much, leave the game immediately. Since equipment packs can be bought with real money this can and will get you permabanned from Origin if you're not careful.
Whatever you do, don't spend those credits.

Yeah I had already sent an e-mail to that link. Just kinda sucks being in limbo not knowing what to do. Don't want to play more in case they wipe my credits, and certainly don't want to spend the ones I got from the match. Saddest part was the group I was with was terrible and I had to pull out multiple rounds by myself using most of the supplies I brought into the match in the process. If I had known about the cheating I wouldn't have tried so hard lol.

Went to EA tech support. Didn't get much information aside from the fact that they know about the issue and if I don't spend the credits I should be ok. Was told to keep looking for updates on the issue in the forums, so now I play the waiting game I guess.
